Granular User Permissions (Client Folder for example)
More granular user permissions. A lot of things now require the highest admin rights which should really be reserved for the owner. Also, it would be nice if the folders for client devices allowed granular permissions, that way certain techs could have access to some client devices but not all.

This is a must. I need the person that manages KB Articles to have a lesser or custom role. The fact that I must make them a full admin is a huge issue—enough of one that I may be forced to leave Atera.

I agree that this would be helpful. One specific permission would be the ability to add/edit customers. It would be good to be able to assign that to someone without giving them all access.

We really need this as well. Specifically we would like to be able to assign technicians to separate folders under a customer to cover various sites.
