User deletion
We have techs leaving and new ones coming in. There is no way for us to simply DELETE old accounts. If we want to keep our users database clean, we need to rename old accounts for new techs. And we've encountered issues with them being able to access those accounts once the user name was changed. There needs to be a way for us to clean-up our own users.

We just introduced the ability to hide disabled techs as part of technicians page.

Absolutely agree. We've luckily had not too much turnover in the 4 years we've used Atera, but as we keep growing, things are going to get messier. We should absolutely be able to delete a technician without deleting all the tickets they worked on while they were with us. They don't have to be gone from the entire Atera system, just OUR system.

If we change an old Technician account to a new Technician, it marks all previous tickets from the old Technician name to the new Technician, thus messing with the history on the ticket.
There should be a way to to remove old Technicians and still preserve the history across the system.
