    Also need this report to show for example on each machine what patches were installed and when. Once a patch is installed there is no way to see the history of what happened to a device.

    Patch management report should have option to see what was installed on what device and when. This should include 3rd party "Software Patches" as well. There's currently no way to know what was installed per system.
