  1. It would be handy to be able to disable Availability Monitoring on multiple devices/in bulk, rather than having to go into each device individually & disable one at a time.

  3. We have two taxes, and they must be displayed separately. I want to be able to customise my Invoices and other documents, I want them in French or in English depending on the preference of the customer.

  4. When a ticket title is too long, we don't see much information, which makes it difficult to quickly check a ticket.
    Is it possible to maybe show the title in smaller cases when you hover it?

  9. Ability to search multiple keyword on search bar: The search is not work because you have to enter a keyword and it finds wide results and it is impossible to enter a few words because then there are no results at all

    Example - insert "IPad" but he looking for "printer IPad"

  12. For remote connection, we like ScreenConnect: we like the option to log on the computer, nice chat system, was not as friendly or easy to use when you are trying to talk to the client.

  13. Add-ons are pricey: Anything extra is $$ = Webroot. We buy it at a dollar at Webroot so we don't get it through it. It is not worth moving 600 licenses in Webroot. It would be much easier to control through you guys.

  14. Once an IT and patch automation profile has been associated with a devices (whether it be in a folder or not), there is no function to be able to delete the associated profile massively, other than to delete the profile and then recreate a new one.
    A function that allows you to choose the profile to be disassociated and disassociated from the selected devices would be useful.

  16. SSH connection: A lot of our schools are catholic school. Devolufsion – desktop management. All of our staff have a VP connection. And that desktop manager and authenticate against the server. From the Atera platform, we cannot directly connect to our switches. It would be nice to have SSH connection. We add the switch to a pink check to the server which is a switch. SSH directly into that switch. We are find the other tool is fits us tools.

  17. Bill time entries rather than tickets: Be better if we could say: billed tickets that have not been closed and then we could bill to date. Whether the time entries has been billed or not. Being able to flag which ones have been built. Has it been invoiced yes or no. You will bill the time entries and not the ticket. You want to link the billing to the time entries and not the ticket.

  19. Being able to bill a ticket when close = there might be a ticket that we leave open “certificate is about to expire” we will then come back to it in a year’s time with the details open so we can just roll it over. We don’t need to action for another 12 months. We leave it it open. We have holiday projects. That tickets sometimes have some additional work required. When that next term starts and it falls in the next billing period.
