Being able to deploy the Acronis agent + default protection plan on a customer level or at least on folder .
Instead of per agent.

Patch Logging
It would be extremely beneficial if there were logs of which patches were deployed to an agent in case of issues.
We had a Mac device restart after receiving an update and it booted back into recovery with us unable to recover the device. Without knowing which patch this device received, we cannot exclude the patch from other devices. Instead we have to disable OS updates to avoid any additional device failures.

Battery Health Report
Hello, it would be good if we could run a report to collect the battery health of all devices for all customers.... or at least set an Alert or Warning up if a battery falls below a certain percentage

Email reports with exported Excel copy
It would be a nice feature to have reports scheduled to be emailed out and attach an exported Excel copy of said report defined by parameters.
For example a timesheet report between the 26th of the previous month to the 25th of the current month exported as and Excel spreadsheet and then emailed to desired recipient.

I use alot scripts in atera, and have done the following script to retreive the LAPS password.

Reply box shouldn't be at the top of the ticket view
When I go into a ticket, I want to see what the last thing said on it was. I don't always want/need to reply. In the new view, with the reply box at the top, I have to scroll down to see the latest comment and then, scroll back up if I want to reply. Not easier than having the reply box below the most recent comment as it was.

gibt es eine Möglichkeit den Schwellenwert der Verfügbarkeitsüberwachung anzupassen? Sprich den Wert zum Beispiel auf 10 Minuten oder mehr zu erhöhen?

option to stay logged into mobile app. Our devices already have strong security in order to unlock the screen.
The login process for the mobile app is clunky and overly burdensome to have to do all the time

Licences renewal management for 3rd party softwares
The only missing tool for me is a way to assign prices, renewal dates and reminders to the software inventory. For exemple, I'd like to assign the date and price for when and how much my next renewal of Autocad will be needed. Then having a report which shows how much and when we need to spend for licences. It would be a huge planning tool.

Device names cut off in new UI
The most recent UI update is causing the device names to be cut off and unreadable. That column in the device list also seems to be the only one that can't be resized. Can you please update the new UI device list so that the full device name is readable or so that the column can be permanently resized? Another improvement to help with this would be to get rid of the AI icon that now shows up beside each one. We don't need this and it further restricts space for the device name to be displayed.

Sort folder names alphabetically in "Relations"
It's unfortunate that "Folders" are not sorted under relations. Without the folders being sorted, it's difficult to check whether a folder name exists. Sometimes you might miss the fact that a folder name already exists, and you might create a new folder. With out the folder name being sorted (under relations), the folder function becomes rather useless.
