Using the Rank Field

When Creating a customer, make the Rank editable. (IE: Platinum, anything else MSP use)

Also allow to add a rank for existing customers.

    Add Customizable Fields to the "Rank" field ie: "Managed" "Network Only" "Break/Fix"
