  1. Currently, when a threshold alert fires, it is possible for the alert to trigger an auto-healing script to run. For example, if the Service that is being monitored stops, it is possible to assign a script to launch to start the service.

    The problem is that you have to have a unique script for each service. It should be possible to pass or expose parameters/variables from the alert to the script. This way, we can develop generic scripts and reuse them for multiple threshold alerts.

  3. With all the most recent GUI updates to the DEVICE List, I want to get to the bottom of my list and I have to hit END like 10 times (180+ devices). It would be nice when I hit END that I get to the end of the list and not the end of 20 or 50 devices depending on the settings which won't allow me to set more than 100

  6. The ability to query a device's WMI and then set a custom field in the agent's record would allow us to then use those custom fields with filters. For example, query the processor type and then set a custom field to read either Intel or AMD.

    I can see this working as a WMI query function built by Atera or an added feature to the installed agent that allows a script to send data back to the agent which would update the record.

  7. Simple update- would love to see an option to tweak the Machine Status Unknown
    time threshold.

    I'm not so sure on what the threshold is set to currently however, it's too short as this is 90% of our alerts yet the computers are always resolved on their own the next day.

  8. We recently switched to Atera’s New Interface. We are enjoying most of the new features, however I noticed that the Customers screen no longer has the alphabetical letters at the top of the screen. Now it is an alphabetical list that we scroll through. This scrolling is especially cumbersome using the mobile app. We have 40+ customers so this is a pretty long list.

  10. The ability to be able to filter by Custom Fields to more easily identify certain customer types, please also improve the filtering within the billing area in bulk invoices.

    We need the ability to be able to only filter certain customer groups for invoices monthly, and being able to only filter by customer or contract type is not flexible enough.

  11. It would be nice that when a new customer receives their randomly generated password, that there would be a prompt to have them change it to something they want.

    As it currently stands, the only options users have is to receive an email with a randomly generated password (or so I'm told this happens) or they can choose the option of 'Forgot password' and reset the password themselves. Currently, it doesn't seem like if the user were to input the random password that they would be prompted to change it. So its back to either the 'forgot password' option to…

  12. Patching: Would be nice to have a clearer message for when the device is off. When the device is off, they have an error message but it is not very clear, it doesn’t tell us that’s its because its offline. Would be nice to have a better error. Would be nice to then tell the enduser that this is why it didn't work and gives him two solutions: if its offline, then give him the possibility of turning on the computer via wake on lan.

  14. It is quite crucial to add an option to filter devices by "Model".
    That would help inventory counts a lot.

    I know it is possible with "Vendor" but for me, and I assume for many others, "Model" would really help.

    I assume that would be like a few lines of code for the developers since the function already exists, just add it for "Model".

  15. For example let’s say you have a large project that exists as a ticket such as updating a hosted application. This would include several tasks such as updating the application on the server and then updating the client application at your business locations across the country.
    Atera could have a ticket that will act as a parent (For this example it will generically be called Update Application)
