I've been contacted by Atera and suggested to use custom assets. But there isn't a reminder feature (yet). Also how come we can't create a ticket from Assets ? The best thing would have a ticket auto creation and choose how soon before the expiration date it is created..

As an IT manager, we are missing a way to manage the software licences used by our company. I'd like to have a page were I can list the softwares my company use, licence number, type of licence (network or per user or per computer), the cost, the renewal date and period type, then associate it to users and get alerts before the renewal date arrives.
