Alert escalations
I would like an option that if it wasn't resolved after so much time to email another address (escalation@domain.com). I know I can do this with tickets with a beta feature, but I don't normally use tickets

Modify Ticket Naming Convention
When linking a calendar entry, [Atera #(Ticket Number)] needs to be in the calendar entry to link it to the ticket. This disrupts the whitelisting ability because we cannot invite customers to the calendar entry without them seeing "Atera" in the title. Please give us the ability to change the Ticket Name Convention to be what we want it to be.

asset report that includes devices
We neet to be able to run an asset report for our clients (and ourselves). It should include the devices along with the custom assets since devices are assets as well.

Password Protect Custom Field
Protected Custom Field - It would be great if we could hash or protect custom fields in order to store passwords, as these can be pulled from API or PSAtera. This could be utilized to give unique local passwords to each workstation.

Script-based Threshold Item
The new script-based threshold item is a really great addition, but it highlights an important component missing from Atera - inheritance.
When applying thresholds to endpoints, it's necessary to have thresholds inherit monitors from upstream thresholds. Right now in Atera, only one threshold can be applied to any endpoint at a time. What we need are thresholds that can build upon each other and overwrite values based on where the value changes.
For instance, I'd like to configure a top level (default) threshold to apply to everyone, but then get more specific with thresholds at a customer, and even more specific with thresholds on folders. Application of thresholds is pretty straightforward and goes like this: apply the closest threshold to an endpoint, then apply the next closest threshold and discard any monitors that are already applied to the endpoint, then keep moving up the chain until you reach the top level threshold.
This way, we can get really creative and automate much more than we currently can.
Here's an example. Most of us have an anti-malware solution which has an installer per customer. If inheritance was implemented we could set a threshold profile for the customer that only contains a single script-based monitor to check for the presense of the anti-malware solution, if it isn't found then attach an auto-healing script to the monitor to get it installed. This would then leave the rest of the monitors at a higher level threshold profile undisturbed so they can continue to work on the endpoint as required. Now we don't have to clone threshold profiles to monitor the things we need - that becomes a nightmare to manage when you need to update them.

Auto-Capture of Scheduled Activities as Time Entries in Tickets
I propose a key enhancement: automatically capturing scheduled activities, such as on-site client installations or Teams-room setups, as time entries in tickets. This functionality is essential to ensure that the time allocated for these planned activities is directly reflected in the ticket's time tracking.
The current lack of automatic synchronization between our calendar scheduling and ticket time entries represents a significant inefficiency in our process. Implementing this feature would greatly enhance accuracy in our time management and billing practices.

Custom Ticket Activity Status
Recently Atera has added the ability to create custom ticket status, and also change the Ticket Activity Status manually. However I would like to create our own custom ticket activity status' beyond the "Read" "unread" "Awaiting customer response" "Awaiting Technician Response".
Personally I find the coloured labels much easier to identify what the status of a ticket is, so being able to add Activity status' like "Pending Third Party" or "Booked in" will make it much easier to see what tickets I don't need to look at with a quick glance.

Salesforce Integration in Ticketing and Customer Relations
As a company, we have different departments that have different purposes. On the MSP side, having an RMM software like Atera is 100% critical, however it is hard to convince the higher-ups to pay for such a software when it overlaps so heavily with the CRM softwares like Salesforce. Instead of having the softwares overlap, have the softwares integrate. CRM, specifically Salesforce, integration with Atera would turn the conversation from "use Atera INSTEAD of the software you've been using for years for 90% of the company" to "use Atera ALONGSIDE Salesforce".
It should seamlessly sync ticketing, contracts and SLA's, customer names, details and contacts, etc. This is a massive oversight on Atera's part, especially considering Salesforce has been leading the market in CRM and PSA services for so long.

Using Assets in tickets
It would be very useful if we would be able to select an asset when creating (or working on) a ticket.
We want to use the assets feature to keep track of our customer's printers. If we also manage the pc/server/... we can install the Atera agent but that is not always an option, unfortunately. If we can attach assets to the tickets we can easily filter and keep track of the issues we've had to deal with.

double forwarding
Ability to support double / multi forwarding to atera ticketing email
Internally we have a backup mailbox which has many aliases (backup-customer@domain.tld) if we forward this maibox as an extra support mailbox to Atera emails get bounced because they are forwarded as backup-customer@domain.tld and not backup@domain.tld. We can forward this to backup2@domain.tld and forward this to the Atera ticket mailbox, but Atera does not support this currently.

Add "Requires Reboot" to Atera API
At the moment, the Atera UI shows us that a machine requires a reboot, but without running a command against each machine, it is not possible to identify if they require a reboot directly with the API. This would be a very useful feature for the purpose of patching and reporting.
