Reboot device summary
There needs to be an easier way to see which devices require a reboot. I can't check the tooltips next to hundreds of devices only. The tooltips are too cumbersome!

Service Monitoring only raise alert on consecutive failures
It would be highly beneficial to control the behaviour of the service monitoring threshold item. i.e. when a monitored service is down for 3 checks at 2 min intervals then raise an alert, rather than the service being flagged as down as part of a software update where the services starts and stops.

API Should Allow You to Switch A Customer From One Site to Another
It would be nice if the API had the ability to switch a contact from one site to another. Specifically for off boarding a user by switching them to a 'Terminated' site since, from what I can tell, if a user is removed it removes ticket data associated with that removed user. This would eliminate a manual process of us.

Drill Down Customer Menu
Require a Drill Down Menu (multi-level tree structure) for Customers:
When we click on Customers Menu on the left it should (show + or > sign) expand all customers and we should be able to drill down to any customer. And when we Select a particular customer, it should expand and show options such as Devices, Tickets, Alerts, etc. This will be a very helpful feature and make the process of switching between different customers.

Independent Penetration Testing Report
With Supply chain attacks on the rise bad actors are actively targeting MSP's and RMM software providers. There are recent reports of attackers using Atera with Zloader in the wild on DarkReading.com. The actor vector will be the same for all RMMs at some point in time.
My request is that Atera get independently penetration tested on an annual basis and publish the results of that independent third party test.

Mac monitoring agent for SNMP
Some of my clients are strictly Macs, with no Windows devices. It would be helpful if that Mac agent could function as an SNMP monitoring agent.

5 minute snooze capability on after patch reboots.
It would be great if the user's could snooze the reboot after patches. Currently it just tells them it is going to reboot and does it. They have no time to save their work.

Improve Patch Summary status report
At the moment you can only see the top 10 devices but I need to see all devices that have patches outstanding for that customer. At the moment the only way to do this is to go page by page of devices and manually check this.

Run scripts once added on threshold
if I add a fix script to an existing threshold item that has already triggered an alert - it doesn't bother to check back and run the script either annoyingly. For example I create a threshold to check whether the windows time service is running and it generates an alert and I then go back and add a script to that threshold item to start the windows time service – it never runs the script! Surely it should next time it checks to see if the windows time service is running go on and run the fix script!

Waiting Status that stops the ticket average times
I have different status categories set up to keep me on track. But if I am waiting on a part, it will impact my ticket times, especially if the vendor doesn't have it in stock. My ticket can sit in queue for weeks and then my average time to close can be days when it's normally under 2 hours.
Can we create a status that will stop the clock on the ticket averages?

Notification to all Techs of new tickets
it would be very useful to send an email to all technicians when a new ticket is created. This would come in handy when tickets are not auto-assigned. That way the next available tech can accept the ticket or wait for someone with more knowledge of the issue to take the ticket.

Able to Filter tickets to one day particular day.
Currently via the Ticket tab and ticket filter, when selecting 1 particular day, the filter shows zero results, two days need to be selected to show results, in turn, tickets for the two days are displayed.
Can the config be changed to allow 1 day to be selected?1 vote -
Ability to exclude some agents/type of device from profiles (threshold/IT)
Ability to exclude some agents/type of device from profiles (threshold/IT). Right now I have an IT automation profile that I want to assign to all my devices besides for my server. I need to remove those profile one by one on those agents. It takes too long.

non tech role
Desperately need various roles for non-technical people to be able to access Atera for PSA and Billing purposes.
Sales people should be able to add customers/customer information, but never be allowed access to RMM functions like devices or scripts or anything technical--but the option to grant those permissions should also be there for technical-minded sales people. (Think Sales Engineer who moved to that role from Field Tech and helps clear ticket queues from time to time)
Billing people should be able to add/edit customers, do invoicing, manage ticket information (like correcting spelling errors) etc... but not have access to anything RMM.
