  1. Please include a dashboard tab in the mobile app. I have no way to monitor everything from a tablet on my desk. I would like to be able to see everything and not choose ALerts or Tickets. TY!

  2. Allow to exec operation with multiple OID, for example synology nas only return OID of total space and used space, if is possible to calculate ( free space / total space ) to monitor the % of free space

  6. Retry for scripts: Option to retry on first fail. If I send an ad-hoc script run on an offline agents and it fails, I have to re-run it again. Run it up to 3 times before notifying it. I just go to the recent process and I see which agents have failed and make a note of it.

  7. It would be very helpful to have custom ticket Types. This would allow for creating different kinds of tickets and, importantly, applying different ticket automation rules.

    Example... "normal" type tickets (problem, incident, etc) can generate emails sent to customers. But a custom Type (Sales) can be configured to NOT generate a notification email, and auto-set Status to a fitting custom status (Sales - Requested, Sales - Ordered, etc).

    Currently, I am doing the same thing by using custom Product Family options, but those fields are not available in the mobile app, which we do use regularly.

  9. One of the primary challenges in IT management revolves around tracking and managing renewal anniversary dates for licenses, certificates, and contracts. Each of these entities possesses individual renewal dates, which can be handled either through automation or manual intervention. The manual approach involves contacting specific vendors to address the renewal of services or licenses.

    To address this issue effectively, it would be highly beneficial to have a dedicated module within the Atera. This module would allow the storage of all contract and license details, including attachments, renewal dates, vendor contact details and quantities. Total 10 clients with 50 devices of which 4 devices have work from home... how do we figure this out without clicking client at a time to check? ) ( acronis - ie...   13. At the moment the file copy window is a fixed size. It means you cant expand the windows to see the full file paths.

    Can you make the windows scalable so you can drag open the column widths etc, as at the moment you cannot work out what file path is what if the start of each path is the same.. navigating to a file using that window is so awkward sometimes you cant see where you are going!

  14. Contracts of the type "Remote Monitoring" currently includes all agents - also retired once. This means that a client will keep paying for unused clients.
    I was told by support to manually check our hundreds of customers for "online since" devices and correct the billing every month.
    There must be a way to exclude retired devices in the contract

  15. It would be very useful if the same alerts were grouped, for example: if I get an alert from a client 5 times an hour that the ssl certificate is about to expire, this alert should not be created again and again but only once with a counter that counts up the messages.
