Guardz Add-on
Guardz is an Israeli-based company and can go a long way toward being a turn-key solution for security compliance. It provides fantastic data for Annual Security Risk Assessments and Compliance standards. Would be great if we were able to leverage this through Atera as part of your offering!

Have chat open automatically and not ask for user to accept the chat
Have chat open automatically and not ask for user to first accept the chat especially as the chat is not branded in anyway.
In it's current form I feel the chat is unlikely to be useable in production.

Asset Management
It would be nice if you could automatically generate alerts/tickets based on Assets with an expiration date approaching.
For example, if I create an asset for a Software or Hardware Maintenance/Support agreement. Atera should able to send an alert or create a ticket for that asset based on the defined expiration date. You could allow the customer to define the threshold for how far in advance to send the alert.

End User Notification Screen
Ability to push a notification screen to end users displays. Fill in the text you want to publish and select between levels "Information", "Alert" or "Warning". Customize each level to not require or require end users signature to be able to close the notification screen. All notifications will be stored so you can go back in history and view what the notification was about and who signed it off at what time.
Also have the ability to keep the notification during a period of time so if someone is on leave or vacation and comes back during the notification period…

Ability for ticket automation rules to ignore "Out of Office" replies
I've seen this capability in other PSA's we demo'd before choosing Atera - honestly I was surprised Atera did not have this feature - even the freebie helpdesks have accommodated for this.
It would be great for the ticketing system to have the ability to ignore out of office replies - discard them like they never came through.
I've typically seen this as an option to ignore emails based on a regex string for the Subject; something like this has worked for us with previous ticketing systems:
([Oo]ut of( the)? [Oo]ffice)|([Aa]uto(matic)?[- ]?[Rr]eply)

Ability to remove Webroot from the GUI
Add the ability to remove "Webroot" options from the GUI. If we didnt sign up for the Add-In, it shouldn't be there.

It would be nice if you could have multiple connection to an agent.
It would be nice to be able to have at least a second connection to an agent when troubleshooting an issue incase you have to bring a second tech into the problem. Currently, if we try to connect a second tech to a session, it just gives us a message stating that a connection is already made to that agent. Agent status would be nice to to see that someone is connected to it and who is connected to it too.

Use Atera servers as monitoring agent
Would be nice to be able to set up an Atera server as the monitoring agent for website for example.
Atera's servers are much more reliable that what we have in house for example. Would be nice to set that up as a monitoring agent10 votes -

The ability to access Audit Log from API or atleast export and send via email on a schedule.

Have an API key just for different users
Having only 1 API key is limiting. If I have a junior dev, and I want him to develop some API things, but I don’t want him to have access to delete commands, and commands that could be disruptive, develop a framework so we need to know that the api work properly. API call change do a lot, Granularity for users. Have an API key just for one user

Integrate 3rd Party App for EU (DE + ES) Accounting Software
It would be great o have for EU Clients more Integrations available. QuickBooks and Xero are not ready either for DE nor ES Market. Was doing a trial and liked it but its not complaint with the local law, GPRO and general tax reporting API connections. Can we have more integrations like SevDesk, SumUP, Odoo?

Consider adding images in the custom assets module to provide a visual representation of an asset or model, making it easier for users to identify and distinguish between them. This can save time and reduce errors when managing multiple assets or models.

Script and software install for offline system
Set some scripts / software installation to run for offline systems as soon as they report online,
Curranty you can install software or run scripts if a system is online, can we set these software or scripts to run for some machines even if it is offline, and it can be executed when the system/agent is online?

Add "Requires Reboot" to Atera API
At the moment, the Atera UI shows us that a machine requires a reboot, but without running a command against each machine, it is not possible to identify if they require a reboot directly with the API. This would be a very useful feature for the purpose of patching and reporting.

Bitdefender install option from multiple pages and menus
Currently you offer very limited places you can install the Bitdefender agent from.
Please add to all menus/panes where currently Webroot is an option a Bitdefender option.
It makes no sense that if I am looking at a device I would need to exit the device and go into the main 'Devices' view, search for the device and only from there am able to install the agent.10 votes -

Scan Settings with multiple internet gateways
There is a problem when scanning networks with multiple internet gateways. Atera splits the internal network into multiple networks, which is not realistic. A disadvantage is that WoL does not work in this scenario. It should be possible to have ONE network with more than one internet gateway.
