Add "Requires Reboot" to Atera API
At the moment, the Atera UI shows us that a machine requires a reboot, but without running a command against each machine, it is not possible to identify if they require a reboot directly with the API. This would be a very useful feature for the purpose of patching and reporting.

Bitdefender install option from multiple pages and menus
Currently you offer very limited places you can install the Bitdefender agent from.
Please add to all menus/panes where currently Webroot is an option a Bitdefender option.
It makes no sense that if I am looking at a device I would need to exit the device and go into the main 'Devices' view, search for the device and only from there am able to install the agent.10 votes -

Scan Settings with multiple internet gateways
There is a problem when scanning networks with multiple internet gateways. Atera splits the internal network into multiple networks, which is not realistic. A disadvantage is that WoL does not work in this scenario. It should be possible to have ONE network with more than one internet gateway.

Ability to Disable 2FA Prompt by WAN Address
It would be nice to be able disable the 2FA prompt when logging into Atera from our Office locations. We have other vendor portals where we can add our WAN address to bypass the 2FA.

Agent install without splashtop
Agent install without splashtop:
The Atera agent will now install with splashtop. I think its good to create a parameter to install without it. Just to give you the choise to choose something else

variable CPU temp thresholds depending on CPU Types and Specs
Some CPU can work at much higher temperatures than others and therefore it would be great to have High CPU alerts that changes according to what type of CPU are in the endpoint. For example, I believe that the max CPU temp for Intel Core i5-4670K is around 72°C but for a Intel Core i5-7600K it's 100°C. I would like the alert for high CPU temp to not trigger if a i5-7600K runs at 85C but would like for it to be triggered for a i5-4670K if it runs at 80C... Thanks

Internet Bandwidth Speed Test
It would be great if there was a way to have the agent do a internet bandwidth speed test every 4 hours or something, or even a way to run one manually and have it display on the portal for the agent.

MacOS mass deploy through MDM (such as Intune).
I would like to be able to push out a client specific MacOS Atera Agent through an MDM such as Intune. Either through a script or a client specific Atera Agent. We could then push the .pkg through Intune. Right now, it's just a generic .pkg installer and the terminal command option does't appear to work as a script.

A GUI with checkboxes instead of needing to search for software would be a better idea than how it is currently being done.

assign multiple email addresses to one contact
Ability to assign multiple email addresses to one contact. We've found that some contacts have 2 email address that they use for their business and we'd like to have the ability to assign different email addresses to the one contact rather than have duplicate contacts against a customer.

Dependent Alerts
I would very much like to setup dependent alerts. In one scenario I might have a WAN device setup as a primary monitor for a site, and all agents (Windows, Mac, TCP, SNMP, HTTP, and Generic) devices that are under that (ie: on the same network) would be dependent on that primary monitor.
This way, when internet connectivity is lost I don't get flooded with alerts from all monitored devices when they're offline or can't be reached.

Additional Monitoring Metrics
Monitoring metrics like latency, data jitter, and round-trip time (RTT) are very common in other monitoring solutions. It would be great if Atera added these metrics to TCP, HTTP, and Generic devices for much needed insight.
Additional metrics that would be extremely useful for monitoring WANs are bandwidth capacity and bandwidth consumption.

Deduct time from time entry
On the time entry screen, it would be helpful to have the option to deduct time from a time entry. When technicians are working on a single ticket all day (like an onboarding or on-site issue), they need to be able to deduct their 30 minute lunch or time that they worked on another ticket while still accurately marking the time that they started and stopped that day. So if a technician is on-site from 8:30AM-5PM and took a 30 minute lunch and had a 20 minute phone call for another ticket, they could mark their time entry as 8:30AM-5PM,…
