  1. I find that it can take a good couple of minutes for the remote access/status to come back online. Sometimes I have to do a reboot with the client on the phone and we end up making small talk whilst Atera/Splashtop decides to give me access. Not sure why the delay but it happens across all of my end devices. Can Atera increase the polling time that checks to see if a device is online?

  4. When a ticket is submitted via email or via portal, a ticket notification goes to the user via ticket automation.
    However, if a ticket is submitted by one user for another, we will change the Contact on the ticket to accurately reflect who needs to be serviced to resolve the issue. With other PSAs I have worked with, this would have the ability to trigger a notification to the new user that a ticket has been created/modified. Atera doesn't have that notification as an option in the Automation settings.

  6. We need a travel costs with different possibilities, as a lump sum or charged with time. Preferably stored in the contract so that you can mark this as a checkbox on a ticket.

  7. The possibility to exclude an alert on an hardware by only clicking 'IGNIORE'

    Sometime the alert is not acceptable for some hardware and this alert comback every day.

  8. First: I want to delete a Registry Key, but this is unavailable. I can only delete a registry value.

  9. Looks like there's no way to select multiple agents while in Folder View. The check box to the left of the agent is missing..
    I.E. if I want to move recently agents from the "Uncategorized" folder to a "Specific Folder" I need to access the agent one by one and change the Agent Relationship or go to All Devices, identify the agents in question and multi-select them to that I can apply the Relationship to all of them at the same time.

  13. ARM processor support for Windows 10 and Mac OS. Since Apple is going to be moving towards the ARM processors in the future for their lines. Will need to be able to support them. Microsoft Surface lines as well as several Laptops that utilize LTE with Windows 10 mostly run on ARM processors.

  14. Add the ability to upload a screenshot in the passwords section. A lot of 2FA uses QR codes so having these there would be handy.

  17. When merging tickets, you should be able to highlight all tickets to merge, and then select which of the selected tickets to merge the others in.

    Currently you have to be aware of a ticket title or number to merge into, and you need to ensure you DO NOT select the merge destination - this is counter-intuitive and makes it harder than it needs to be to merge.

  19. Send an SMS to a Client ,upon any critical issue. Best if we can set time range for SMS.

  20. I need to rotate the patching so not all devices are updated at the same time within on organisation. I wish to spread this out over the course of a month. I need the ability to see which devices are on which patching schedule? Can you help?
