  1. Need the ability to push out windows updates en masse from the devices dashboard, similar to pushing a script to multiple computers or assigning an automation profile. This would come in handy when something was missed during a scheduled install or a batch of new machines.

  3. The only missing tool for me is a way to assign prices, renewal dates and reminders to the software inventory. For exemple, I'd like to assign the date and price for when and how much my next renewal of Autocad will be needed. Then having a report which shows how much and when we need to spend for licences. It would be a huge planning tool.

  4. It would be super beneficial if I had an account that could not remote into any machines; but could have access to the billing, and reports for clients.

    Right now it does not make $ense to pay for a tech license just so my accountant can see the billing information and reconcile the invoices.

  6. For roles and permission: ability to create groups of technicians and then assign those groups to the customer so they can have access to the clients. As soon as you add a new technician to a group, that technician will then have access to X client. As of right now, if we create a new customer, we then need to go to each technician and give them that access. It can take a long time. A lot of our technician have a different role each.

  7. I would like the ability to reference 1 install per customer or to be able to just connect to ScreenConnect with an Atera account. This could be as simple as automating the process for remote accessing a PC in ScreenConnect or allowing for there to be 1 ScreenConnect install per customer. This would allow us to stay organized in ScreenConnect while also allowing us to integrate our applications for ease of use.   8. It would be nice to be able to have at least a second connection to an agent when troubleshooting an issue incase you have to bring a second tech into the problem. Currently, if we try to connect a second tech to a session, it just gives us a message stating that a connection is already made to that agent. Agent status would be nice to to see that someone is connected to it and who is connected to it too.

  10. The Network Discovery function is a very powerfull tool. But in complex and not structured scenarios there are lot of "known" devices where it is not possible to manage SNMP configuration or instlla the Agent (ie. Bank credit card readers, Telphone carrier managed routers, Known guests-users' laptops, Fiscal printers, etc..). In these cases shuold be very usefull to select an Unmonitored device and add it as a pre-defined Custom Asset (or Generic) by automatically filling the existing fields (Device type, MAC, Manufacturer, etc..) to monitor on/off line status.

  11. Would be nice to be able to set up an Atera server as the monitoring agent for website for example.
    Atera's servers are much more reliable that what we have in house for example. Would be nice to set that up as a monitoring agent

  13. As other asset managers do, such as Qualys, it is often necessary to find and remove End of Life software from devices. It would be a very nice feature if Atera was able to show End of Life dates for known software, frameworks and plugins in the Software Inventory.

  14. We often work with users who may need password resets or new account creations. It would be nice to have a built-in feature that allows us to encrypt these types of communications to ensure the safety and security of credentials. Currently, we have to use other software.

  17. Mobile App: would like to see where I can assign to ticket. Would be great on that first screen, to see where the ticket is and assign it. It is just too many clicks. Would be more comfortable. Especially when you are on the go.

  20. Ability to Disable 2FA Prompt by WAN Address

    It would be nice to be able disable the 2FA prompt when logging into Atera from our Office locations. We have other vendor portals where we can add our WAN address to bypass the 2FA.
