one place for customer portal options
All options for the portal should be under one admin section. At the moment the default options for tickets seen and other items are under "Account Settings" I feel all customer portal options should be under "Customer Portal" including customisable options.

Activity Status Ticket Flow Rule
We need an option to create a Ticket Automation Rule based off the Activity Status and not just the ticket status. Case in point, we want a rule that will change a ticket's status to "Pending" whenever the ticket activity status is set to "Awaiting Requestors Response" so our SLA is paused.

Hi, would it be possible to implement the ability to create and save multiple types of dashboards?
Among the interesting things, it would be wonderful to have the customer pointer on the map with green, orange, red coloring based on the criticality of the problems detected for each customer.

Guardz Add-on
Guardz is an Israeli-based company and can go a long way toward being a turn-key solution for security compliance. It provides fantastic data for Annual Security Risk Assessments and Compliance standards. Would be great if we were able to leverage this through Atera as part of your offering!

Can Atera provide the use of multiple passkeys and/or MFA besides the 2 2FA methods available ? By this, it will provide the technician or admins to further secure their accounts and to better manage SSOs.

Asset Management
It would be nice if you could automatically generate alerts/tickets based on Assets with an expiration date approaching.
For example, if I create an asset for a Software or Hardware Maintenance/Support agreement. Atera should able to send an alert or create a ticket for that asset based on the defined expiration date. You could allow the customer to define the threshold for how far in advance to send the alert.

Ability to remove Webroot from the GUI
Add the ability to remove "Webroot" options from the GUI. If we didnt sign up for the Add-In, it shouldn't be there.

It would be nice if you could have multiple connection to an agent.
It would be nice to be able to have at least a second connection to an agent when troubleshooting an issue incase you have to bring a second tech into the problem. Currently, if we try to connect a second tech to a session, it just gives us a message stating that a connection is already made to that agent. Agent status would be nice to to see that someone is connected to it and who is connected to it too.

Use Atera servers as monitoring agent
Would be nice to be able to set up an Atera server as the monitoring agent for website for example.

Have an API key just for different users
Having only 1 API key is limiting. If I have a junior dev, and I want him to develop some API things, but I don’t want him to have access to delete commands, and commands that could be disruptive, develop a framework so we need to know that the api work properly. API call change do a lot, Granularity for users. Have an API key just for one user

Integrate 3rd Party App for EU (DE + ES) Accounting Software
It would be great o have for EU Clients more Integrations available. QuickBooks and Xero are not ready either for DE nor ES Market. Was doing a trial and liked it but its not complaint with the local law, GPRO and general tax reporting API connections. Can we have more integrations like SevDesk, SumUP, Odoo?

Script and software install for offline system
Set some scripts / software installation to run for offline systems as soon as they report online,
Curranty you can install software or run scripts if a system is online, can we set these software or scripts to run for some machines even if it is offline, and it can be executed when the system/agent is online?

Add "Requires Reboot" to Atera API
At the moment, the Atera UI shows us that a machine requires a reboot, but without running a command against each machine, it is not possible to identify if they require a reboot directly with the API. This would be a very useful feature for the purpose of patching and reporting.
