  1. Looks like there's no way to select multiple agents while in Folder View. The check box to the left of the agent is missing..
    I.E. if I want to move recently agents from the "Uncategorized" folder to a "Specific Folder" I need to access the agent one by one and change the Agent Relationship or go to All Devices, identify the agents in question and multi-select them to that I can apply the Relationship to all of them at the same time.

  5. ARM processor support for Windows 10 and Mac OS. Since Apple is going to be moving towards the ARM processors in the future for their lines. Will need to be able to support them. Microsoft Surface lines as well as several Laptops that utilize LTE with Windows 10 mostly run on ARM processors.

  6. Add the ability to upload a screenshot in the passwords section. A lot of 2FA uses QR codes so having these there would be handy.

  9. When merging tickets, you should be able to highlight all tickets to merge, and then select which of the selected tickets to merge the others in.

    Currently you have to be aware of a ticket title or number to merge into, and you need to ensure you DO NOT select the merge destination - this is counter-intuitive and makes it harder than it needs to be to merge.

  10. This is using the new Atera interface, by the way.....When running a script on a device (Devices -> Manage -> Run Script), the category list as well as the list of scripts are not alphabetized. I have over 100 scripts in "My Scripts" and I'm trying to prioritize certain scripts in level of importance to run by simply numbering them in the category name and script name("1. categoryname", "2. categoryname","1. scriptname", "2. scriptname", etc) so my tech knows what categories of scripts to run first and what order to run those scripts in, but the scripts and categories are not…

  11. Would like to be able to see the backup status from N-Able backup in my Atera Dashboard/agents. Being able to restore or trigger a manual backup would be amazing.

  12. Send an SMS to a Client ,upon any critical issue. Best if we can set time range for SMS.

  13. I need to rotate the patching so not all devices are updated at the same time within on organisation. I wish to spread this out over the course of a month. I need the ability to see which devices are on which patching schedule? Can you help?

  14. Possibility to modify/edit the time intervals for alerts. If a Citrix server takes more time to boot it will make an alert. If we can change the time intervals of the servers by group of per machine we can cover this issue.

  15. Currently it takes hours for software information to update automatically.
    It would be great if there was a button to manually update the software information in a Device list. This would also apply to software reporting data.

  16. Seen in the light of Kaseya hack.
    it could be a good idea, if we could password protect our devices.
    So before we could do anything on the devices management by Atera, it will need a password.

    The password should be located on the devices it self, so the password should goes from the front-end to back-end, and pass it to the device.

  18. Customer just reported since we changed to atera, they can no longer view tickets which their staff have submitted. Would it be possible to have a manager view for a customer so they can view all tickets logged under their account?

  20. Enable a time-out to be automatically signed out of Atera if inactive for a given amount of time. Plus, when logging out, being able to select if you want to log out of this session or all sessions.

    Lack of this feature weakens security if, for example, a technician forgets to log out from their computer.
