  1. It would be advantageous to have IP subnet as an attribute for a location. Upon setting that attribute, devices can intelligently be attached to the site if they are in that subnet.

  4. The Alerts page on the mobile app needs work, specifically the 3 dots that rarely work. As there are only two options "Resolve","Snooze" it would be better to have the ability to swipe left or right on the alert to choose which option you want (this would looks much like the way one would archive/delete an email in the Gmail or Outlook apps.)

  5. I use Atera for myself and I work for 4 different companies. I will work long hours and I can't close a ticket at midnight because it will trigger several alerts to an employee in the middle of the night. Would love to have the option to close a ticket without sending a notification to the employee.

  7. The mobile app needs the ability to be used in Landscape view. Some of us would prefer to travel with a tablet instead of a laptop, but until the browser can open the Splashtop app, we're stuck using the mobile app. Super not-user-friendly when a tablet is in landscape mode using a keyboard and you have to awkwardly move it to read anything.

  8. Stop sending the same alert for the same device multiple times.
    When receiving Disk Usage/CPU/Memory/Temperature alerts, these are creating new tickets going to different techs and sending multiple emails to customers about the same thing which is spammy. Would be good to stop receiving the same alert multiple times until it is fixed.

  11. When using a vpn as soon as you remote onto your PC it locks the PC screen you are VPN onto, this is great for security for employees who work in a sensitive environment. I moved over to Atera home remote working instead and it leaves the screen visible for anyone to see. Even if say the user turned there screen off because they are not in the office anyone could still switch it on and watch what the user was doing. This in my eyes is a major security breach so others please be aware. Thanks

  14. Attach executable files to script:
    One big thing that is missing is the ability to attach executable files to scripts so that custom software can be installed. Similar to Kace, and I think NinjaRMM has similar functionality. I find the chocolatey feature to be of little use since it appears to use the public repo. Chocolatey doesn’t recommend using the public repo for production use.

  15. Please add an Advanced Filter for Uptime so that we can show agents that were last started, for example, 5 days ago. We can then run a Reboot automation task on this filter; this will be a tremendous help to us!

  16. Multi-tenant customer management:
    Within our organization we are one of 14 different branches, to our knowledge Atera does not currently have any way for us to associate a customer to which branches provide that customer with support. For example, say we have 3 branches and 6 Unique Customers we need to be able to associate the customers as per the below:
    Parent Company
    - Branch A

    Customer A
    Customer B

    • Branch B

      Customer A
      Customer B
      Customer C

    • Branch C

      Customer A
      Customer D
      Customer E
      Customer F

  19. It would be useful to see when another engineer is looking at the same ticket as you, and potentially even show when they are typing. This prevents replying to the customer twice and potentially confusing them if someone has already done the work/replied.

    I have seen this feature in other helpdesks such as FreshDesk, for those who have remote workers this would be very useful

  20. Ability to put a ticket on hold, if e.g. you are waiting for spareparts.

    When being put on hold, it should be removed from the ticket queue, and put into a Hold queue that resides on the dashboard.

    When you get the spareparts, you should be able to change it to an open ticket and it fails back into the ticket queue.
