  2. More apps are being deployed through the Microsoft Store - we have a softphone solution we use, and its latest version is now a Microsoft store app. Running a software inventory doesn't show it or other appx packages.

    we now cant run a software inventory to find out who has the softphone.

    visibility in to what's installed is key, but now we are blind to certain types of app and bloatware on end users computers

  3. Possibility to modify/edit the time intervals for alerts. If a Citrix server takes more time to boot it will make an alert. If we can change the time intervals of the servers by group of per machine we can cover this issue.

  4. Currently it takes hours for software information to update automatically.
    It would be great if there was a button to manually update the software information in a Device list. This would also apply to software reporting data.

  6. Report showing what threshold profiles and IT automation profiles each selected device has.
    Problem: Sometimes I have devices with no IT automation profiles or they're on default threshold profiles.
    Solution: A report to find which PCs have each profiles

  10. When a signature is required to authorize a requested action I would like to add a signature box to an email and send it through to the customer for their action.
    this would cover us when sensitive work has been requested

  15. A daily planner page where Management staff can assign certain tickets and tasks to technicians in a calendar style arrangement. Obviously staff could have access to their own planner too and could use it for their own scheduling also.

  16. Can't believe this still isn't in the app after all the issues we've had lately.

    Need the ability to see the Bitlocker key for a device from the Mobile App.
    When I'm out and about have had it where you need to let someone know and can't access it or see it from the app.

  17. I think it would be great if the Network Discovery also provided an overview of the topology of the customers network. This makes it easier to have an overview of newly integrated customers that already have a somewhat big infrastructure

  19. Would be helpful to see if an EDR software such as Huntress, Sentinel One, etc. is installed in the security area of a managed computer. Currently this section only pulls what's available from the Windows Security Center, and that doesn't seem to know what EDR software is for the most part.
