  1. Today we don't only monitor servers and devices, we mainly monitor "SERVICES". Each application or service at our clients depends upon of dozens of components. It would be nice to have a place in the Dashboard where we can create those services with all its components and have the entire thing showing up as healthy/unhealthy or with alerts for performance, etc. As an example, one of my customers have a very important service for end users which depends on a custom website running on IIS and a SQL engine and some DBs running on a SQL server.   4. When monitoring the Windows Event Log for events (like Failed Login Attempts), it would be really useful if Atera would retain the events that triggered the alert so we can see them later. Unfortunately, if the alert is triggered and the endpoint goes offline, there's no way to see any detail. Storing this information would really be useful to help diagnose and resolve the issues we're monitoring.

  5. This is using the new Atera interface, by the way.....When running a script on a device (Devices -> Manage -> Run Script), the category list as well as the list of scripts are not alphabetized. I have over 100 scripts in "My Scripts" and I'm trying to prioritize certain scripts in level of importance to run by simply numbering them in the category name and script name("1. categoryname", "2. categoryname","1. scriptname", "2. scriptname", etc) so my tech knows what categories of scripts to run first and what order to run those scripts in, but the scripts and categories are not…

  6. The ability to rename a device from the mobile app would be helpful. Many customers cycle staff frequently, the ability to rename a device while on-site from the mobile app would be greatly appreciated.

  8. More apps are being deployed through the Microsoft Store - we have a softphone solution we use, and its latest version is now a Microsoft store app. Running a software inventory doesn't show it or other appx packages.

    we now cant run a software inventory to find out who has the softphone.

    visibility in to what's installed is key, but now we are blind to certain types of app and bloatware on end users computers

  9. Possibility to modify/edit the time intervals for alerts. If a Citrix server takes more time to boot it will make an alert. If we can change the time intervals of the servers by group of per machine we can cover this issue.

  10. Currently it takes hours for software information to update automatically.
    It would be great if there was a button to manually update the software information in a Device list. This would also apply to software reporting data.

  12. Report showing what threshold profiles and IT automation profiles each selected device has.
    Problem: Sometimes I have devices with no IT automation profiles or they're on default threshold profiles.
    Solution: A report to find which PCs have each profiles

  16. When a signature is required to authorize a requested action I would like to add a signature box to an email and send it through to the customer for their action.

  20. Webhooks triggers on Alerts

    We are exploring the possibilities of using Webhooks to integrate Atera with Freshservice for the Alert system.

    Currently, your Webhooks system only allows actions to be triggered against tickets, meaning within ticket automations. We have already confirmed with your support team that a ticket created by an alert does not automatically close when the alert is resolved, which leaves the Freshservice alert disconnected if it is resolved from Atera, making the integration less functional.
