  1. The mobile app needs the ability to be used in Landscape view. Some of us would prefer to travel with a tablet instead of a laptop, but until the browser can open the Splashtop app, we're stuck using the mobile app. Super not-user-friendly when a tablet is in landscape mode using a keyboard and you have to awkwardly move it to read anything.

  2. Stop sending the same alert for the same device multiple times.
    When receiving Disk Usage/CPU/Memory/Temperature alerts, these are creating new tickets going to different techs and sending multiple emails to customers about the same thing which is spammy. Would be good to stop receiving the same alert multiple times until it is fixed.

  3. When we add a customer, there are only 3 ranks. Gold, Silver and Block. We have 4 different names for our clients. But we can't use them in Atera.
    Can you make the possible for us to add different ranks for each customer.
    It will make it easier when a tech looks to know what lever of support that customer gets.

    Right now its useless, you give 2 ranks and blocked.
    It doesn't make sense.

  7. Allow tagging of devices to better organize and apply automations rather than manual Folder assignments.

    Tags should be able to be applied both manually and dynamically by rules (.i.e newly added, os version, laptop/desktop/server, days from last boot)

  8. Please add an Advanced Filter for Uptime so that we can show agents that were last started, for example, 5 days ago. We can then run a Reboot automation task on this filter; this will be a tremendous help to us!

  9. We would like to see a option to have scripts assigned to certain technicians so not everyone can see all cloned scripts. We are looking to add customer technicians which allows them only to access tickets/devices for that customer with will work ok, but there is no option for segmentation of scripts. This technicians would be able to see all clones used for other customers. Same goes for Thresholds/IT Automation.

  11. Print or export reports such as Recent Processes. we update many machines using the scripting process, and would like to have a list of the results, rather than having to use the print page of the browser.

  12. Ability to put a ticket on hold, if e.g. you are waiting for spareparts.

    When being put on hold, it should be removed from the ticket queue, and put into a Hold queue that resides on the dashboard.

    When you get the spareparts, you should be able to change it to an open ticket and it fails back into the ticket queue.

  14. It would be nice to add a feature to filter or search through existing scheduled tickets. We have 100s of scheduled tickets to modify a ticket it can be a pain to dig through

  15. We have locations with an SDWAN setup where the public IP address of domain controllers change. Each time this happens network scanning stops because the scanning is based off of the public IP address of the server. We would like to be able to set up scanning simply based on the Private addresses.

  17. A double check needs to put on the tickets. I have now had at least three tickets that for some reason have no invoices attached to them and trying to double check against things is a NIGHTMARE. Once a ticket has had an invoice made against it, there needs to be some sort of way of looking at the ticket and knowing there is an invoice made against it.

  19. AnyDesk is a really good tool, but for us it's let down by one thing, missing a button to paste your clipboard as keystrokes.

    Splashtop has this feature and it's invaluable for us, as we use it to paste complex passwords into server logon screens. Unfortunately CRTL C and CTRL V doesn't work on these password boxes.

    So when logging in to a server using AnyDesk, we have to type out really complex passwords which can take some time as they are all different.

    A 'Paste Clipboard as Keystrokes' button will go amazingly with the newly implemented CTRL ALT DEL…

  20. Example: When viewing the devices list, it shows a device has 10 patches pending. When clicking on it, it reveals they are all optional driver updates under Windows. I think the patching should allow you to specify which update types are important to know about, and possibly based on the current patching profile it has setup on that device.
