  4. We need to be able to store value from scripts on custom fileds for all plans or at least mid tier plans.

    I understand that this is locked down to only super power but if you look around you'll see everyone else has this across all the plans.

    What's the point of having this developed for the high end plan?

  5. Right now, we have the ability to flag a response as a resolution, and we have the ability to retroactively REMOVE a resolution flag, but we do not have the ability to retroactively ADD a resolution flag.

    The problem is that we might not flag a response as a resolution if we're not sure that it will actually solve the issue. But if it does, then we have no way of marking it as the resolution retroactively.

    It would be very nice to be able to flag a past ticket response as the resolution. It would be nice to even…

  6. I am currently on the growth plan and am a bit peeved. It's ridiculous that I am able to set up a custom domain, and on that page, there is no mention that an SSL requires me to upgrade the plan. There is literally zero point in having a custom domain that is not SSL encrypted so having it as an option for Non-applicable plans is idiotic.

  7. A quick-view for historical drive usage (like we currently have for CPU and RAM). This would allow for quick analysis of drive usage trends to see if there's a problem with any applications / services using up drive space suddenly.

  10. Why can we not just upload and set installs for any app (exe or msi) in our portal. Having to set up a private repo seems crazy (and I cannot seem to find anywhere in the portal where I can actually do this). Atera is the only RMM platform I've ever used where you cannot upload/store software setup files manually and it's extremely frustrating.

  14. The Network Discovery function is a very powerfull tool. But in complex and not structured scenarios there are lot of "known" devices where it is not possible to manage SNMP configuration or instlla the Agent (ie. Bank credit card readers, Telphone carrier managed routers, Known guests-users' laptops, Fiscal printers, etc..). In these cases shuold be very usefull to select an Unmonitored device and add it as a pre-defined Custom Asset (or Generic) by automatically filling the existing fields (Device type, MAC, Manufacturer, etc..) to monitor on/off line status.

Network Discovery Scanning results should mirror the ability of advanced ip scanner by adding comments to devices, also ability to group devices by custom names like Mac, PC, Desktop, Chromebook, Switches, Unknown, Ipads etc. The ultimate for rogue devices on your network would be adding some sign of a digital fingerprint to all your devices on your network via agent install . So that when a rogue device enters your network. Network discovery can auto label it as unknown or rogue device and separate it for easy security management and filtering.

  17. I'm finding it at times very difficult to distinguish the difference in colour from Internal Notes and External Replies. Is it possible for the background colours of the response to mimic the button colours ie: yellow for internal, and pink for external for ease of identification? or give us the ability to choose our own colour choices?

  18. Title: Add Domain Account or specified accounts to Atera and to Shell/Scripts

    Currently Atera uses system and current user for scripts and shell. Adding Domain credentials to Atera would eliminate storing passwords in clear text under scripts and make management easier for accessing domain resources - network drives etc...

    With a system account - there is no access to domain network resources like drives. Yes there are work arounds using net use and possibly adding a domain account under Services.msc - Atera - Logon - domain account. What if the domain account breaks?....I mean yeah, there is a possibility to…

    Increase font size on our address and invoice #
    Space to include our HST #
    Remove date at the bottom of the invoice.
    Columns; be able to add/ remove, create different sections where the QTY column can be different units (hours/ each/ etc)

  20. As other asset managers do, such as Qualys, it is often necessary to find and remove End of Life software from devices. It would be a very nice feature if Atera was able to show End of Life dates for known software, frameworks and plugins in the Software Inventory.
