Ticket Timer Automation rule
Please allow me to trigger with Automation rules the ticket timer, the automatically start timer on ticket open is not an accurate way to track time. My Goal is to set automation flows that automatically start and pause the timer based upon my ticket status.

Daily Planner
A daily planner page where Management staff can assign certain tickets and tasks to technicians in a calendar style arrangement. Obviously staff could have access to their own planner too and could use it for their own scheduling also.

Resolve CVEs detected
Expand what the CVE's risks are without having to open a new page and being able to fix these risks especially if they are software related that require an update or open ports that need to be closed not just report the issue.

Windows Update from devices dashboard
Need the ability to push out windows updates en masse from the devices dashboard, similar to pushing a script to multiple computers or assigning an automation profile. This would come in handy when something was missed during a scheduled install or a batch of new machines.

Remove Custom Domain for Non-applicable Plans
I am currently on the growth plan and am a bit peeved. It's ridiculous that I am able to set up a custom domain, and on that page, there is no mention that an SSL requires me to upgrade the plan. There is literally zero point in having a custom domain that is not SSL encrypted so having it as an option for Non-applicable plans is idiotic.

Functionality to create automatic maintenance schedules
Currently there is no option to create schedules where devices automatically go into, and out of, maintenance mode where no alerts are generated. This would be extremely useful as we have regular patching windows, client requested maintenance windows, etc where we need to make sure that no alerts are created. Thank you.

Timesheet Report Sort by Time Entry Date
It would be nice to sort time entries by date (either ascending or descending) on the Timesheet Report utility so that they appear chronological and independent of the ticket grouping.

Licences renewal management for 3rd party softwares
The only missing tool for me is a way to assign prices, renewal dates and reminders to the software inventory. For exemple, I'd like to assign the date and price for when and how much my next renewal of Autocad will be needed. Then having a report which shows how much and when we need to spend for licences. It would be a huge planning tool.

Beyond Identity
Why can we not just upload and set installs for any app (exe or msi) in our portal. Having to set up a private repo seems crazy (and I cannot seem to find anywhere in the portal where I can actually do this). Atera is the only RMM platform I've ever used where you cannot upload/store software setup files manually and it's extremely frustrating.

Add directory statistics like WINDIRSTAT for disk space management. We need to be able to quickly visualize and identify folders and the amounts of data they are consuming. This can easily be accomplished by integrating a feature similar to WINDIRSTAT https://windirstat.net/
