  1. A quick-view for historical drive usage (like we currently have for CPU and RAM). This would allow for quick analysis of drive usage trends to see if there's a problem with any applications / services using up drive space suddenly.

  7. The only missing tool for me is a way to assign prices, renewal dates and reminders to the software inventory. For exemple, I'd like to assign the date and price for when and how much my next renewal of Autocad will be needed. Then having a report which shows how much and when we need to spend for licences. It would be a huge planning tool.

  8. Why can we not just upload and set installs for any app (exe or msi) in our portal. Having to set up a private repo seems crazy (and I cannot seem to find anywhere in the portal where I can actually do this). Atera is the only RMM platform I've ever used where you cannot upload/store software setup files manually and it's extremely frustrating.

  9. Add directory statistics like WINDIRSTAT for disk space management. We need to be able to quickly visualize and identify folders and the amounts of data they are consuming. This can easily be accomplished by integrating a feature similar to WINDIRSTAT https://windirstat.net/

  10. For roles and permission: ability to create groups of technicians and then assign those groups to the customer so they can have access to the clients. As soon as you add a new technician to a group, that technician will then have access to X client. As of right now, if we create a new customer, we then need to go to each technician and give them that access. It can take a long time. A lot of our technician have a different role each.

  13. I would like the ability to reference 1 install per customer or to be able to just connect to ScreenConnect with an Atera account. This could be as simple as automating the process for remote accessing a PC in ScreenConnect or allowing for there to be 1 ScreenConnect install per customer. This would allow us to stay organized in ScreenConnect while also allowing us to integrate our applications for ease of use. The way it's currently setup you would need 1 universal installer for SC which removes the ability to stay organized. At the very least add this option on…

  14. Allow Linux systems to be added to automation profiles so that we can schedule patching sessions and run other Linux scripts as needed on a mass basis and get a report via email like we do for the windows devices. At the moment we can only run the scripts manually against machine and see the output in recent processes report.

Network Discovery Scanning results should mirror the ability of advanced ip scanner by adding comments to devices, also ability to group devices by custom names like Mac, PC, Desktop, Chromebook, Switches, Unknown, Ipads etc. The ultimate for rogue devices on your network would be adding some sign of a digital fingerprint to all your devices on your network via agent install . So that when a rogue device enters your network. Network discovery can auto label it as unknown or rogue device and separate it for easy security management and filtering.

  20. I'm finding it at times very difficult to distinguish the difference in colour from Internal Notes and External Replies. Is it possible for the background colours of the response to mimic the button colours ie: yellow for internal, and pink for external for ease of identification? or give us the ability to choose our own colour choices?
