MISSING SOFTWARE
A report or a additional choice to the Software Inventory report, I love that I can see everyone with a piece of software installed, but I would love to see a report of people MISSING software. I think the software Inventory is great for this just needs to be adjusted to allow for both.

Script versioning
I just ran into an issue where a script was updated, but there was an error. There doesn't seem to be a way of restoring from a previous version or backup. It would be nice to have a history of the script and track changes.

More info in Audit Log
Info in Audit Log is often vague or missing. I want to see more activity. For example
1. What script was ran not just 'a script was ran'.
2. Patch installed, including patch name (currently patch install not recorded)
3. Technician John connected remotely with Splashtop

string modification on incoming email subject lines
Goal: To be able to strip RE: re: Re: rE: FW: fw: Fw: fW: and other common modifications of email subject lines from incoming emails. Overall want to increase the rate of which tickets automatically merge when end users reply.
Suggestion: Ticket automation rule to look for strings provided by technicians on incoming emails and remove them. Create helpful tools with the automation to prevent accidental removal of valid data. Such as clearing defining what "*RE:" does vs " RE: " vs " RE:" and etc etc.

Patch Exclusion - Remove the patch from showing in the patch needed view
Please can you look at adding the functionality to remove any patch showing in the agent patch available status if the admin has removed or excluded said patches from availability. This will make the view cleaner as currently the agent machine reflects in the needing patches when actually they are up to date.

Password Protect Custom Field
Protected Custom Field - It would be great if we could hash or protect custom fields in order to store passwords, as these can be pulled from API or PSAtera. This could be utilized to give unique local passwords to each workstation.

Using Assets in tickets
It would be very useful if we would be able to select an asset when creating (or working on) a ticket.
We want to use the assets feature to keep track of our customer's printers. If we also manage the pc/server/... we can install the Atera agent but that is not always an option, unfortunately. If we can attach assets to the tickets we can easily filter and keep track of the issues we've had to deal with.

Asset to Location Assignment by IP
It would be advantageous to have IP subnet as an attribute for a location. Upon setting that attribute, devices can intelligently be attached to the site if they are in that subnet.

Alert Page Swipe to Resolve
The Alerts page on the mobile app needs work, specifically the 3 dots that rarely work. As there are only two options "Resolve","Snooze" it would be better to have the ability to swipe left or right on the alert to choose which option you want (this would looks much like the way one would archive/delete an email in the Gmail or Outlook apps.)

Close Tickets - No notification
I use Atera for myself and I work for 4 different companies. I will work long hours and I can't close a ticket at midnight because it will trigger several alerts to an employee in the middle of the night. Would love to have the option to close a ticket without sending a notification to the employee.

landscape
The mobile app needs the ability to be used in Landscape view. Some of us would prefer to travel with a tablet instead of a laptop, but until the browser can open the Splashtop app, we're stuck using the mobile app. Super not-user-friendly when a tablet is in landscape mode using a keyboard and you have to awkwardly move it to read anything.

Stop sending the same alert for the same device multiple times
Stop sending the same alert for the same device multiple times.
When receiving Disk Usage/CPU/Memory/Temperature alerts, these are creating new tickets going to different techs and sending multiple emails to customers about the same thing which is spammy. Would be good to stop receiving the same alert multiple times until it is fixed.11 votes -
Microsoft Booking integration
It would be nice if Atera ticketing would sync with Microsoft Booking.

Locks pc screen when using home working remoting agent
When using a vpn as soon as you remote onto your PC it locks the PC screen you are VPN onto, this is great for security for employees who work in a sensitive environment. I moved over to Atera home remote working instead and it leaves the screen visible for anyone to see. Even if say the user turned there screen off because they are not in the office anyone could still switch it on and watch what the user was doing. This in my eyes is a major security breach so others please be aware. Thanks

AZURE integration
there is a lot of moment to cloud if you guys had a feature to take an existing system and convert it to be VHD format for AZURE you would capture some market share. The current methods require a-lot of skill.

Give us the ability to customize the GUI theme.
Or at least revert back to the old one so I don't have to have my retinas accosted by the hideous new neon pink button theme.

Attach files to script
Attach executable files to script:
One big thing that is missing is the ability to attach executable files to scripts so that custom software can be installed. Similar to Kace, and I think NinjaRMM has similar functionality. I find the chocolatey feature to be of little use since it appears to use the public repo. Chocolatey doesn’t recommend using the public repo for production use.11 votes
