  1. Having issues with getting Network Discover to work on Doman Controller. It would also be nice to be able to ABORT the discovery, instead of waiting for a timeout. Also, when it does fail, perhaps give some idea of the reason, i.e. Network Credentials, Firewall/Getting blocked. I am using the trial, and this is a huge issue if I can't get this to work.

  2. The ability to run scripts at User login like you would a script delivered via GPO. As an MSP I like to keep the secret sauce close to home and not on the client's servers.

  6. Viewing all displays while using the RMM takeover method to view the clients machine using splashtop RMM client.

    Currently only have the option to view a single display at once.

  7. I would like to see the ability to have a chat widget (similar to what you use for your support) but for us to add to our website to allow clients / customers to chat directly with us via Atera. Instead of having to use third party chat apps and then copy and create tickets manually.

    This seems like something that should be fairly easily implemented and I believe that many users would love this feature!

  8. Currently you only offer 17 third party apps for patching. Competitors have many more and without the need for the software to be installed via Chocolaty. Please consider increasing this library.

  9. Today we don't only monitor servers and devices, we mainly monitor "SERVICES". Each application or service at our clients depends upon of dozens of components. It would be nice to have a place in the Dashboard where we can create those services with all its components and have the entire thing showing up as healthy/unhealthy or with alerts for performance, etc. As an example, one of my customers have a very important service for end users which depends on a custom website running on IIS and a SQL engine and some DBs running on a SQL server.   10. Would like in API that there was a coupling between invoices, contracts and customers.

    would be nice to see which contracts / contractID an invoice/invoice line was based on ..
    and to have a clientID in the billing information

  11. When merging tickets, you should be able to highlight all tickets to merge, and then select which of the selected tickets to merge the others in.

    Currently you have to be aware of a ticket title or number to merge into, and you need to ensure you DO NOT select the merge destination - this is counter-intuitive and makes it harder than it needs to be to merge.

  12. This is using the new Atera interface, by the way.....When running a script on a device (Devices -> Manage -> Run Script), the category list as well as the list of scripts are not alphabetized. I have over 100 scripts in "My Scripts" and I'm trying to prioritize certain scripts in level of importance to run by simply numbering them in the category name and script name("1. categoryname", "2. categoryname","1. scriptname", "2. scriptname", etc) so my tech knows what categories of scripts to run first and what order to run those scripts in, but the scripts and categories are not…

  14. Have a Master contract (I.e. MSA) with multiple billing types (I.e. Per Agent, Per Server, Per Network Device, Bulk Hours and T&M) under it. Start & Finish dates set per the MSA.

    Right now, I have 5 contracts for a client to manage the MSA agreement I have signed with them.

  16. Currently, I was informed that the only way that a Technician can support Atera's "Work from Home" feature is to elevate them to be Admins. This will also give them access to billing information the way we have our roles set. The "Desktop Remote Management" and "Server Remote Management" roles should allow technicians to be able to support the Work From Home feature without granting them access to Full Admin rights, but currently it does not work that way.

  17. Let say that a customer is not paying you and you want to temporary suspend any kind of monitoring and automations.

    A "suspend" button to to that to every PC for that customer will be great. So in a click I can suspend and then re-enable all my personalized threshold, all my automations, all my scripts, etc.. without have to do that manually for every PC

  19. Be able to know what devices have had their Helpdesk Agent "activated" so that the user can submit tickets. Hypothetically: Say I have 10 devices that I know were activated at some point. Then a few hours later, 10 new devices came on line and the Agent was installed for them, but the helpdesk agent was not activated yet. I'd like to see the first 10 devices have been activated, and the which of the new 10 still need to be activated. If I select all devices (under the customer’s devices) and mass ‘activate helpdesk agent’, I just want to…

  20. Client would like an easy onboarding for the chat feature. When they push the agent there is an automated process but if they wish to push the cat, they need to manually do it through an e-mail. Instead, they want to automate it.
