  2. Collect firmware version of network devices such as router, switches, printers and pull the actual version from the vendors to get a full overview of the patch state. Maybe let the community add information about the firmware sources/fields and location where to find the actual version from the vendor.
    This could be report like or build into the smtp/device agent.

  4. Really need to visualy see if a computer run on supported version of Windows.
    Really helpfull to replace some old computer or just upgrade to a newer version of windows. (Server and workstation).

  5. Having issues with getting Network Discover to work on Doman Controller. It would also be nice to be able to ABORT the discovery, instead of waiting for a timeout. Also, when it does fail, perhaps give some idea of the reason, i.e. Network Credentials, Firewall/Getting blocked. I am using the trial, and this is a huge issue if I can't get this to work.

  9. The ability to run scripts at User login like you would a script delivered via GPO. As an MSP I like to keep the secret sauce close to home and not on the client's servers.

  12. Viewing all displays while using the RMM takeover method to view the clients machine using splashtop RMM client.

  13. I would like the ability to increase the retention period for Atera Online Backups. At the moment I believe it is defaulted to only retaining the last 30 days. It would be nice if we could change that period on a monthly basis. For example the last three months would be a good start. Using archive points is not a suitable solution because it does not cull older backups and they will just grow and grow.

  14. I would like to see the ability to have a chat widget (similar to what you use for your support) but for us to add to our website to allow clients / customers to chat directly with us via Atera. Instead of having to use third party chat apps and then copy and create tickets manually.

    This seems like something that should be fairly easily implemented and I believe that many users would love this feature!

  15. Currently you only offer 17 third party apps for patching. Competitors have many more and without the need for the software to be installed via Chocolaty. Please consider increasing this library.

  16. Would like in API that there was a coupling between invoices, contracts and customers.

    would be nice to see which contracts / contractID an invoice/invoice line was based on ..
    and to have a clientID in the billing information

  17. Acronis has a per GB charge. Barracuda has a per user model, so it is a flat fee with no per GB charge and no limit on data storage or number of backups.

  19. Have a Master contract (I.e. MSA) with multiple billing types (I.e. Per Agent, Per Server, Per Network Device, Bulk Hours and T&M) under it. Start & Finish dates set per the MSA.

    Right now, I have 5 contracts for a client to manage the MSA agreement I have signed with them.

  20. Currently, I was informed that the only way that a Technician can support Atera's "Work from Home" feature is to elevate them to be Admins. This will also give them access to billing information the way we have our roles set. The "Desktop Remote Management" and "Server Remote Management" roles should allow technicians to be able to support the Work From Home feature without granting them access to Full Admin rights, but currently it does not work that way.
