  2. Running software reports is basically useless. Please include in the report output and excel download -> the DEVICES Name,User, IP address and maybe more things (maybe a customizable checklist of things to include) to make the report an actionable document. As it is there are too many missing pieces, that must be found elsewhere, and takes a lot of time to make an actionable report.

  3. The Alerts panel on the device dashboard currently is pretty useless. It would be nice to see some context beyond "2 potential CVE(s) detected" or "1 unmonitored device(s) have been detected. Atera's issue is that you have to jump to so many different dashboards just to get basic information. It would also be nice to see a remediation path on the device itself for the detected CVEs

We currently use the basic patch report but we would like to add more information to this report so I sat out to build a custom patch report in advanced reports only to find out that it is quite literally not possible because you are not able to count the amount of updates a computer needs in the advanced reporting section.

    I don't really understand how you can build the report in classic reports but you can't replicate it in advanced reporting.

    It would be nice to be able to do this because 1. we would like more metrics that…

  5. For me to complete my trial and actually start paying several hundred dollars a month to Atera, I MUST have:

    A. some sort of input to Atera as what the invoice number will be when synced to XERO

    B. The ability to ensure that my payment details appear on my invoices to clients - how the hell do they know how to pay me?

    C. the ability to add my TAX ID (ABN/VAT/etc) to the invoice as required by law in my country

    D. Dates on invoices to be in anything but MM/DD/YYYY - whilst I may understand it, my…

  6. Being able to rename the Impact types under Service Level Agreement (SLA) is critical to better utilizing this feature as the terminology there is confusing to our end-users and doesn't align with our internal requirements.

  9. It would be great if the real value is also displayed in the case of an alarm relating to disk utilization. For example "The disk utilization (C:) 87.81% (43.90 GB of 50 GB) is higher than the threshold value of 80.00%"
    This would allow us to see at first glance on the dashboard whether you need to act quickly or whether you can process it a little later.

  10. Would like support for time-based automation rules in cascade.
    As an example, a ticket is automatically set to pending after 3 days with no response. Then set to closed automatically after 3 additional days with no response.

    Based on my conversation with support, currently, if changes were applied to the ticket automatically, the next rule that should be triggered will not work.

  11. Can the ticket description box in the web app be enlarged like it was in the classic view? Can the description box also have an autosave feature? I have fat-fingered keys before and lost all of my input and then have to retype which is very inconvenient.

  15. When I go into a ticket, I want to see what the last thing said on it was. I don't always want/need to reply. In the new view, with the reply box at the top, I have to scroll down to see the latest comment and then, scroll back up if I want to reply. Not easier than having the reply box below the most recent comment as it was.

    gibt es eine Möglichkeit den Schwellenwert der Verfügbarkeitsüberwachung anzupassen? Sprich den Wert zum Beispiel auf 10 Minuten oder mehr zu erhöhen?

  17. We were looking into deploying a group policy that restricts running any non signed Powershell scripts in our domain environment. However in our testing we saw that Atera fails to run some of it's built-in scripts for Windows updates and other maintenance tasks when this policy is active.

    It would be very helpful if Atera can implement script signing to make the environment more secure.
