Include snippet for Contact First Comment
Crate a snippet for Contact First Comment so that it can be added to an email template used for resolution.

This looks like a great idea, I was also thinking it would be really useful to have "Technician Last Comment" as a snippet in the resolved ticket emails which we send out, as sometimes the engineer is the final contact on a ticket and this is not currently available.
