Fix your api to use proper grammar
Fix grammar in your API. When IT Glue syncs with Atera, the API reports back the device type of "Work station" rather than "Workstation." A workstation doesn't a have a space in the name.

Widget: Ticket Activity - Make it dynamic!
I would love the functionality to click on a bar from the bar chart in the widget called Ticket Activity, and then be able to see the full activity for that day. So if I click on the bar representing resolved tickets, then I will be sent to an overview of all the tickets resolved that day.

Display the most recent/current/'live' temperature of the device/agent.

I want to be able to bill my customers for tickets that are resolved/closed because that's just how I bill my customer.

Hide Microsoft Defender Signature notifications on the "devices" tab
Add the ability to disable showing Microsoft defender Signature Updates.
Since I use ateras patching on my customers machines, patches get installed through atera profiles. Defender Antivirus signature are not affected by the patch automation profiles and get installed as fast as possible by default.
So I think it is a good idea to make it possible to hide the notifications on the "devices" tab in Atera.
