  3. It would be good if a ticket were created automatically each time a computer was requested to be shut down, from the helpdesk.
    This would allow for a more detailed history of actions on each computer.

  5. I would be nice to be able to keep any tickets from a closed customer.
    Actually, closing a customer mean to delete any datas (computers but also tickets).
    But any tickets is important for the records.

  6. We have some automatically generated tickets that we would like to automate merging into parent tickets. From what I can see the API doesn't have an option to merge tickets.

  8. So imo, scripts that are batch or powershell that are ran are stored in the location - C:\Program Files\ATERA Networks\AteraAgent\Packages\AgentPackageSystemTools

    Need to be obfuscated or encrypted somehow because they show up in clear text if they are stuck, sometimes these scripts could have a hardcoded password that are needed to work for instance runas etc.... Yeah, I have a script to delete all *.bat and *.ps1 - this is not an answer though.

    All it takes is one kid that knows how to work on a vcr to mess things up!

  9. The option to have a checkbox in the time entry window to check if a time entry is done on the customersite.

    Right now, the only way to have a time entry be checked as on customersite is by creating a time entry with the mobile app.

    But as soon as it is edited with my workstation trough the webapp it will be unchecked from on customer site.

    Best way is to just be able no matter the app or platform to check a box to mark the time entry as being done on the customer site or not.

  12. Update the Custom portal URL section (https://support.atera.com/hc/en-us/articles/211833798#CustomerPortalURL) , with the following:
    That HTTPs, doesn't work using this method.
    That a user can use a fowarder, i.e. helpdesk.xxx.com -> helpdesk.company.atera.com.

    If a forwarder is used, at least they can still point towards their domain, which forwards to Atera page etc.

  13. It would be extremely helpful if I didn't have to download an image to view it from a ticket. I need to be able to reference the image will replying to a ticket many times because of the information they contain.

    Instead using an HTML to fileToForceDownload, it would be so much better to ContentType = "application/pdf";

  14. It would be nice to be able to have at least a second connection to an agent when troubleshooting an issue incase you have to bring a second tech into the problem. Currently, if we try to connect a second tech to a session, it just gives us a message stating that a connection is already made to that agent. Agent status would be nice to to see that someone is connected to it and who is connected to it too.

Atera Hosted SIEM: smaller healthcare clinics, they would like to have the SIEM built in. little agent that is on the computer and its only purpose is to record and checks for vulnerability – makes a record of everything you are doing on the computer (Websites you're going into, connected to the shared, used an app to open), sort of like auditing tool. Something that you can use to catch security breach. It’s becoming more and more important.

  19. Open up system console and run on user contact: We used to have it in Managed Engine, you can open up the system console, you have a way of seeing it under the use contact. That would be useful something that need to run on a user contact (command, to clear credentials).

  20. Retry for scripts: Option to retry on first fail. If I send an ad-hoc script run on an offline agents and it fails, I have to re-run it again. Run it up to 3 times before notifying it. I just go to the recent process and I see which agents have failed and make a note of it.
