  2. When we add a new client, it would be nice to have templates for them so as soon as we select them, it creates the right folder, it assigns the right IT auto profile & threshold based on those folder. It send out the software bundles

  4. Hi, it would be interesting to have the possibility to export the operations carried out for each customer, patch and software installation, in csv format. In order to give well-defined feedback on the work done to the client in question.

  6. Add a feature to manage app versions for updates/patch management. You should be able to choose what version level you want for a particular application. This way patch automation will automatically exclude the app if a new version is available.

  7. View only license: license for our accountant, sometimes they check what we have in the system is the same. We give them one of our user for that day and then we cannot work. Would be nice to have a view only license

    you get worse and worse in Mac area. As you see in our account we only manage Macs.

  14. The old scheduler was in 24H format, the new scheduler goes back in time and is only configurable in freedom units. (AM/PM)

    Can you please give the option to use a modern standard, or make it configurable? The same goes for the date notation. In Europe we work with day/month/year, not month/day/year.

  16. Is it possible if the user starts a support chat and AI replay accordingly to troubleshoot the issue by running predefined scripts authorized by administrators. For example, if the user says his computer is running slow, AI must check the hardware utilization and accordingly run the script to fix the issue. If the issue persists, it should connect the user to a technician.

  20. Change how the first response is registered as our techs don't often send an email from the ticket before starting to work as we have the Automated responses for when a ticket gets assigned and then techs usually contact the client directly.
    Can either changing the status from Open to Schedule or In-Progress count as First response or once the Automated response for when the Tech has been assigned be used as the First response.
