  1. Please add the ability to force mobile optimized Atera to load in mobile browsers. Some apps have a separate URL that forces mobile if needed. We have difficulty getting a mobile optimized version of Atera to load in a mobile browser in iOS and Android. Thanks!

  2. The ability to pin a reply or internal note to the top of a ticket.
    In a lot of cases, customers send the most relevant information in the first comment in the ticket and it would be very convinient to be able to pin that or another relevant reply/note, so that it is always shown at the top, when you open the ticket.

  3. When we sign up a new client, we would like to be able to open a Ticket within the system with all the onboarding tasks assigned. This would then mean, if I opened a ticket my colleague could action this and tick off which onboarding tasks they have completed. This would be really beneficial!

  5. If any tech manually runs an IT automation profile, currently that information is not logged. I would simply like to see that if an automation profile is run, who did it?

Backing up or exporting files: We spend all of our lives backing up things for our customers, feels uncomfortable not to back up our databased. if Atera is hacked and if we don't have a back up and we will have a problem. It would be a facility to have a backup of Atera. It is not about migrating to a new service. Us knowing we have a secure backup every week and every night.

  7. Sometimes third party software/provider found the Agent download URL and tried to install it to ensure it is not malicious, so those devices appears on our console. We suggest to create an option to block or deactivate the agent download URL in order to avoid this issue.

  8. Would like to see the possibility of an email template be applied to the reply section automatically.
    This is a great idea to make sure the ticket number and ticket title will automatically be added to the replies.
    Even moreso when the same user has multiple tickets, to be able to differentiate between them.

  10. It would be useful to exclude some processes, like the backup process, in the alarm view of memory usage. Because during backup time the server should use all available memory resources.

  18. When looking at the text boxes on the dashboard or webpage the fonts color is a very light gray. Can you adjust and make it black. Headers seem fine, but what is in the text box is not.

  19. We need a feature of API – getting a list of installed applications per agent.

    This would be the same data that we would get from regular reports, but would be visible at the agent level via their REST API.
