  3. I would love a button - connect - in the devices under patch management.
    Often I would like to know if the PC/Device is free to reboot and a quickview, without loosing the client by clicking would be great.

  4. A daily planner page where Management staff can assign certain tickets and tasks to technicians in a calendar style arrangement. Obviously staff could have access to their own planner too and could use it for their own scheduling also.

  5. For the love of god put a Create Ticket button on the ticketing portal. There's only 2 things on this screen knowledge base and tickets. More than likely this person is on the tickets screen to put in a ticket. Place it at the top or above the categories for easy access. It's confusing that people have to click Tickets, to make a ticket when they are already on the tickets screen. It's just an unnecessary step.

  8. Currently Atera does not allow registration of a passkey using the Bitwarden password manager browser extension. The passkey is saved to bitwarden, but immediately after Atea reports the device registration failed with "Device registration error | Atera". Could not attach a screenshot.

  10. Under Scripts you have the option to be able to upload an MSI file but no helper files. we have software that required a .txt licensing filing and would be helpful to be able to add that feature as well as automatically with all scripts to run /quiet /qn /norestart with all MSIs

  11. It is great that there is a column in devices that will show all patches available.
    But that is less important than having a column and patch mangement tool that reports relevant patches that are required to meet my organizations patch standards. This information has been provided to the system by my Automation and Patching Polices. Yet the Patch Management panel and the Patches Available column indevices do not reflect this.

    This makes the the patches available column not useful at all unless you just want to see what is available for that given end point according to the MS…

  12. In the patch management screen, could someone look into establishing a view drop-down feature so I don't have to back to patch management main screen and then reselect the customers I was looking at? That way I can create multiple views for the customers as needed.

  13. An approval process within the Atera tenants should be put into place for a newly added device after an Atera agent has been installed onto a machine for addtional security. This to avoid "rouge devices being added to tenant.

  14. In the case of re-purposing a device and changing the name of the device, it would be great if Atera could automatically update the device name in Atera instead of to manually have to update the name.

  16. I think it would be usefull to have the Patching Status exclude agents that do not have a an Automation Profile attached. I have lots of agents where the end user does not want to pay for device management so I don't apply any automation to the agents.

  18. It would be nice to keep a history of asset changes. For example, we have all our laptops/desktops as assets. These items get assigned to a user but can be reassigned to someone else. It would be great to see everyone it has been assigned to. Also, if we change the name of a computer, that should be recorded in the asset history.
