  2. I think it would be usefull to have the Patching Status exclude agents that do not have a an Automation Profile attached. I have lots of agents where the end user does not want to pay for device management so I don't apply any automation to the agents.

  4. It would be nice to keep a history of asset changes. For example, we have all our laptops/desktops as assets. These items get assigned to a user but can be reassigned to someone else. It would be great to see everyone it has been assigned to. Also, if we change the name of a computer, that should be recorded in the asset history.

  7. Overview

    Currently, when working within the Analytical Reports section of Atera, I can only attach one report per email. This often results in customers receiving multiple emails (sometimes three, four, or even five) whenever I need to share multiple reports. This can lead to inbox overload and create frustration for both the sender and the recipient.

  8. On the Atera Roadmap (https://www.atera.com/roadmap/) there is a functionality "Reports in main dashboard" coming soon.

    This would allow to create Tickets queues on the main dashboard like "Display all open tickets assigned to me" or "Due open tickets in my team".
    The report could look like (example):
    Ticket ID Ticket URL Ticket Title

    The ID and title can easily be added via advanced reports.
    The Ticket URL must be added via a custom dimension field.

  9. Roles should not require GOD Mode to create a customer.
    Roles that create a new customer need immediate access to customers in many cases for onboarding and activating helpdesk agent.
    Up until about 2 months ago, other roles were able to at least create a customer, but unable to have access until "Full Admin" gave rights. It feels like we are moving backwards instead of forwards.

  10. When you search and it pulls up tickets, there is no way to filter these further. Since we can't filter by status to only show open tickets, we have to scroll through a long list of ticket search results to find ones that are open.

  11. Allow access from one tenant to another tenant from IT department to MSP colloboration and manage agent from MSP license. For Example, i am a MSP but my client has a IT department and subscribed with atera. But due to the license issue, they are not willing to purchased or share us a license. We as a MSP will have difficulties to managed their devices if we do not have cross tenant sharing features but with such integration, this only allow IT department license to share to MSP license only as a fair play policy.   12. The new ticket tabs are a nice feature, I just have some suggestions for how they could be improved:

    -Have the details for each tab start with the ticket title rather than the reference number; currently when I have several tabs open all I see is the # reference number for each one which makes it difficult to find the particular ticket I want to switch back to without hovering over each one to see the full title.

  13. I would like to be able to disable the automatic reconnect if you close your browser without logging out first. With the recent discovery that hackers can steal session cookies to bypass credentiails and mfa this is a huge vulnerability. We just had a client have their session credentials stolen and the hacker was able to access sites which normally require mfa. If this had been a computer with Atera they would have had access to all our clients computers/servers/info

  15. When scheduling a device to restart, the notification to user is way too short and in some cases it goes away immediately.

    I would like to:
    A) set a timer so user can save their work etc
    B) Have an option of custom canned messages or allow for a custom message to be added.

    That way if we need an user to stop using a machine while we work on it they can save their work and be notified.

  16. Please provide support for pictures in Quick Reply section for signatures. When I insert my signature on my mobile app it simply doesn’t appear.

    Also in the settings, a separate personal signature section would be appreciated like that which is found in My Profile > Personal Signature on Atera Desktop App! Also adding support for pictures (logos) here too

  17. time entries are essential informations for the customers to get to know about the progress of a ticket.

  18. In the add new device - SNMP screen, search the Managing Device field by customer name. We have a LOT of customer and they have a LOT of devices. As it stand now, the only way to navigate through that screen is to scroll down with the side bar or the mouse wheel. Using the keyboard takes you to the first device with that letter, but that can be problematic since the first client has a device named "Server" but I needed to find a client down in the S's...

  19. I love the new fields available under assets. While I understand the difference between Assets and Devices (though they could be combined), I do wish that some of the fields available under Assets were also available for Devices. In particular, Status, Purchase date, Warranty expiration, End user and Location would be very helpful, especially if they were fields included in an a auditor report. Doubly so if End user and Location fields were included in a search. I will often have laptops get passed around from end user to end user. I currently use custom fields to track the assigned…
