  2. We use to be able to go to Customer > Devices and then on the top right, we could EXPORT REPORTS: Export a report to Excel or PDF, that just showed the workstation details. But it was the perfect report to send over to a client to review workstations and those added details. Why was this taken away. It was such a user report.

    CUSTOMER REPORT: we should be able to print reports like a customer contact list, a phone list etc. These are basic reports that would be so helpful.

  5. I would like to know if there is any tool to know if there is a change on software inventory to tell if there's any difference between them. And I wanna support who asked to be able to access many info about devices, even when they are offline.

  6. Report showing what threshold profiles and IT automation profiles each selected device has.
    Problem: Sometimes I have devices with no IT automation profiles or they're on default threshold profiles.
    Solution: A report to find which PCs have each profiles

  10. When you need to setup many generic devices for monitoring, you should be able to upload a .csv with the required details for each device, which then populates the chosen customer's device portal.

  11. Currently it does not show if another technician is logged into a device via Active AnyDesk Session. It would be awesome if the UI could have an indicator like AnyDesk icon changing colors if a technician is already remotely connected to a device.

  12. More apps are being deployed through the Microsoft Store - we have a softphone solution we use, and its latest version is now a Microsoft store app. Running a software inventory doesn't show it or other appx packages.

    we now cant run a software inventory to find out who has the softphone.

    visibility in to what's installed is key, but now we are blind to certain types of app and bloatware on end users computers

  13. We have been in situations where we need to send installation files to multiple machines and then run installation script to install them. Currently Atera does not support the function to send files to group of machines at once. I am sure this will help many other customers having the same issue as we do especially with the working from home time where client computers are all working from different locations and the only common denominator is Atera running on each device. I will be happy if Atera consider implementation of this functionality in the near future.

  14. It would be really good if we could tackle issues on a preventative basis. Such as if the C: is getting full, Atera would notify the user directly with an email or alert to inform the user that their C: is nearly full and to look to clear out space. Rather than notify IT who then notifies the user.

  19. Apply on or more specific windows updates manually (not through an automization profile) on multiple clients at one (in example for the whole folder/group). The report functionality (https://support.atera.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005734647-Patch-Search-Deploy-Report) is not sufficient

  20. When creating folders in the devices tab, I would like to see the updates for the client PCs in this folder/group. Currently it is necessary to open every client PC of a folder manually to manage the updates
