  1. The variety of options for installing agents (download the msi directly, the curl script, download link) is nice.

    It would also be nice if we could download a zip of every agent installer.

  2. Allow for process monitoring only when a user is logged in.

    Monitoring for a process like onedrive.exe will always fail if no user is logged on and then generate an unnecessary error alert.

  3. I have a few smaller customers that don't have real servers and use a workstation with Windows OS not server OS and I would like to monitor them as servers and have them listed as servers not workstations in the dashboard.

  4. We have two taxes, and they must be displayed separately. I want to be able to customise my Invoices and other documents, I want them in French or in English depending on the preference of the customer.

  5. When a ticket title is too long, we don't see much information, which makes it difficult to quickly check a ticket.
    Is it possible to maybe show the title in smaller cases when you hover it?

  6. When calling [get /api/v3/devices/genericdevices] the fields IP and HOSTNAME are not included. The information is also not included when calling [get /api/v3/devices/genericdevice/{deviceId}].

    When we want to retrieve al list of genericdevice (the most commonly used method for monitoring devices), one of the most important information is the IP address.

    Can you please fix this?

  7. We should be able to audit who accesses what devices and when, including shifty Atera staff who get 4 digit pins from us and start accessing our customer computers whenever they want.

  8. I Like this software, but my goal here was to find a helpdesk that can export individual tickets by their id number.
    SOX & JSOX auditors request these tickets by number, and want to see the whole thread. Any way to export would be great, .html, .pdf, or just email the ticket would work also.

  9. It would be helpful to be able to select a date to start using an amended billing rate from i.e. we have increased our rates from 01.07.22 therefore from this date the new rate will be applied and prior to that date the old rate will be applied

  11. SSH connection: A lot of our schools are catholic school. Devolufsion – desktop management. All of our staff have a VP connection. And that desktop manager and authenticate against the server. From the Atera platform, we cannot directly connect to our switches. It would be nice to have SSH connection. We add the switch to a pink check to the server which is a switch. SSH directly into that switch. We are find the other tool is fits us tools.

  13. We need a travel costs with different possibilities, as a lump sum or charged with time. Preferably stored in the contract so that you can mark this as a checkbox on a ticket.

  14. Under Customer > Devices > Folders: The ability to arrange or drag the folders in a different order would be helpful for the organization. Under the current format, you create a folder and there is no way to arrange them.

  16. In Device View, I would like to see the same options after selecting folders, as I would see when I am looking at all devices, mainly the Patch, Perf, and the other Icons. I know I can still get to this via Manage, but didn't know why the icon option disappears when filtered by folder.

  17. Automation uses the devices source for the windows updates. Thus the agent will not install any windows update if the there is a WSUS configured but not reachable or out of service. It would be good to override this an download the updates online just as a user would optionally be able to.

  19. Integration with Microsoft LAPS
    To gain elevated access to a remote computer, the MS LAPS UI tool must be used to query the temporary password for that system. Once the password is known, it would be great to have it configured within the remote IT support tool to continue.

  20. Being able to easily identify if the client has made any changes to their device. Some form of delta change notification if system changes are made. For example, if a user swaps out the monitor, changes keyboard, or installs some major application (assuming they have local admin permissions). At this point, the dashboard and device details show current state, but this is basically "as is" review of what the agent sees rather than if there was a change to the system from the previous time the agent checked in.
