  1. Now that the feature is there to show if a device needs a reboot, it would be nice if we could create a view and/or report that would show a list of those devices.

  2. Before editing an article, allow to select a section and then only show articles from that section.
    The dropdown list is getting tediously long now and it's harder to find the correct entry.

  3. Be able to add several "services" to a contract.

    For example :

    Customer 1 contract :
    - 365 : 10€ / u
    - Server: 50€/month
    - Computer: 30€/month
    - Network: 100€/month

  6. Currently, in the "Agents" section we cannot select ALL customers when specifing setting filters. Sometimes we need to select all customers EXCEPT some of them and this is not possible.
    So, add an option to select ALL customers

  8. When emailing Atera helpdesk make it so that if we put a #Site Name and ##Assigned to it will automatically populate the fields. Such as assigned to, Site Name.

  9. Download section in Portal with same features as KnowledgeBase.. Posts in download could be externals for now.. later integration to OneDrive, DropBox, etc.. Option for "For internal use only (Hides downloads from customers)" just same as Knowledgebase"..

  10. Export invoice batch to PDF. Now we have to open each invoice and select 'create PDF'. We want to select multiple invoices at one and export to PDF. Or trough Export invoices screen.

  12. I can't find the ability to connect to an SNMP agentless device thru its own management interface (like http or telnet).
    I suggest: 1 promote a remote agent as a "gateway node" 2 in rmm web interface assign SNMP device to this remote agent becomed gateway 3 in rmm web interface on SNMP device configure the management port number and type (for example 80 http) 4 a connect button appears on SNMP device in rmm 5 clicking the button it opens a piece of software on my pc that opens an http tunnel between remote SNMP device and my local…

  13. Eine Funktion, dass man sich mit einem Klick auf ein Gerät oder eine Website verbinden kann und das Passwort und der Benutzer wird automatisch eingegeben. Bzw. einen Button mit dem man die Hinterlegte Website direkt Aufrufen kann.

  14. Patch reporting needs to tell you which machines are missing which patch, at present, it just says that so many machines are missing this patch which is not helpful to us or the end customer :O

  15. Avery time we install PC agent we get notification about it, but after few hours or next day we don't have ability to see all notifications. We need notification history to go back at least 1 week.

  16. Trend Micro has been a go to antivirus and cloud security suite for quite a long time. Bigger competitors of Atera such as Connectwise and Kaseya have Trend integrations.

  17. Please fix the issues with File Transfer to make it more useful:

    1. Show file dates/times
    2. Show full filenames
    3. Download multiple files and/or folders
    4. Allow upload of multiple files and/or folders
    5. Add typical "back" navigation - not just via the file tree

    Isn't there a much richer off-the-shelf File Manager you could integrate that provides the basic background file management functions we need?

    Est-il possible d'ajouter la possibilité d'ajouter les champs personnalisés dans les rapports d'agents ?

    Pour un exemple, il serait très pratique de pouvoir visualiser rapidement quels sont les postes où le Bitlocker est activé.

  20. Have the ability to add a task list to the dashboard to improve productivity and not forget anything. Why not also a customer-to-manufacturer recall.
