  1. Import the physical address from quickbooks not the billing address. It is pretty hard to map a PO Box, or go to the headquarters office instead of the remote office.

  2. Enable Threshold editing as a separate entry in the Roles menu, Our technicians do not need full admin, but it is useful to have control over thresholds.

  3. I created Contracts with Notes showing 365 yearly subscription under each customer
    i want to search ms365 and will show me all the customers with ms365 contract.

  5. In current scenario we have available helpdesk agent software for windows machine in our atera account . now we want to install helpdesk agent software on mac machine but it's not available at this time for agent through communicate with our mac user. please implement agent software on atera.

  6. Ability to have the retired device sync with what we see on Webroot. If there is a retired a device on Atera, on Webroot, that device is still listed over there. Would be nice to have it synched

  7. Currently, you can pause alerts from the Device > Manage > Pause Alerts for up to 5 hours, we have a server we won't reach for over two days so we need a longer option

  8. Id like to see some sort of reporting capabilities other than the metrics monitoring a piece of hardware's up time in a week, month etc. Basically, the employees that work from home I need to know at least the up time of their unit in a working day in a report format per device

  11. Have the reply from an end user attach to the ticket and not just send to the technician's e-mail address. So that the the entire ticket thread is communicated from within the ticket.

  12. Time sheet report : give the possibility to display only date without hours.
    When I encode time on a ticket, sometimes I encode only a duration, not a begin and end hour. So when I print the report the hour shown in begin and end date is not relevant. Thanks for your attention.

  13. I would like to add an area where we can set a Display string for returned values in the SNMP monitoring. For example if a SNMP OID returns a value of 2 it would display Normal. I would like the option to customise this depending on the device we are setting up.

  16. I think if Customer / Client passwords had the option of selecting colour marking for passwords would be great for technicians to filter through for what they need.

  18. Add-ons are pricey: Anything extra is $$ = Webroot. We buy it at a dollar at Webroot so we don't get it through it. It is not worth moving 600 licenses in Webroot. It would be much easier to control through you guys.

      1. If you see Add-Ons menu from Devices page, there are the Bitdefender and Webroot too, which is correct. But... unable to install Bitdefender from ATERA Agents webpage, only Webroot (missing Add-Ons menu...) Secondly, from Customers page there is a dedicated Webroot shield icon but Bitdefender is under three-dots, Add-Ons, Bitdefender, Antivirus, Install path, which is frustrated. (you should move Webroot to Add-ons)
    1. From Devices page - Software inventory: there is a search software bar, but if you see from Agents page - Software inventory, search software bar missing.

    2. Reboot required information missing from Agents page

    3. Unable to filter agent's Battery…
