Force status refresh
If I'm working on a remote device and have to reboot, my remote session resumes and I'm back on the desktop but Atera can't tell the computer is back online yet, so if I run a script it will time out. The admin page still shows the status as online but if I refresh the page it will finally show offline. I'd like to have a way to force a status refresh on either the client side or from the Admin side for a particular device so I can immediately know when I can run scripts without them timing out.

It might be better and easier to make the agent more aggressive in reporting on-line status. I often see PCs being used in home offices taking a long time (hours) to register that they are online.

And "refresh a whole customer", would be a nice option too in addition to the already mentioned request above.

In addition to the original problem mentioned, there is also a very substantial lag in the time between when a PC comes online and when that status is reflected in the interface, enabling remote connections. The ability to force an agent / machine status update from the console would be very helpful for quickly allowing the technician to start remote support sessions.
