An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment David LeSiege commentedIn addition to the original problem mentioned, there is also a very substantial lag in the time between when a PC comes online and when that status is reflected in the interface, enabling remote connections. The ability to force an agent / machine status update from the console would be very helpful for quickly allowing the technician to start remote support sessions.

It might be better and easier to make the agent more aggressive in reporting on-line status. I often see PCs being used in home offices taking a long time (hours) to register that they are online.
