Software Inventory Reports - Device Name Missing
When we view Software Inventory Reports in Atera, we can click the pop out icon under the Number of Devices column to view the device(s) that the software is on, but when we export a report, we don't see the device(s). For my team, this typically leads to me going back into Atera to find that information whenever we're reviewing licensing, tracking down rogue programs, planning to onboard a new client, etc., and then manually adding that in a spreadsheet.10 votes -

Select a single agent for software report
It's great that you can export the software inventory report for the entire site, but it would be helpful if you can generate a software inventory report for an individual agent in a site. The only option for generating the report is to select a site, would it be possible to add a selection field to pick 1 agent from the site to generate the report on? This would be immensely helpful to reduce the amount of information being generated in the report if we have multiple agents in a site.

Place links next to Knowledge Base Categories for creating a new section within it, for quick access. Same for sections: create a link for making a new article within a section. This would streamline the user interface within the Knowledge Base and make it more user friendly.

When exporting tickets in Hebrew the outcome to the end user does not look good. It's not supported deep enough.

Onboarding Tickets
When we sign up a new client, we would like to be able to open a Ticket within the system with all the onboarding tasks assigned. This would then mean, if I opened a ticket my colleague could action this and tick off which onboarding tasks they have completed. This would be really beneficial!

Log IT Automation Profiles that are manually run
If any tech manually runs an IT automation profile, currently that information is not logged. I would simply like to see that if an automation profile is run, who did it?

Email Customers To tell them patching is needed
Send email to user if laptop not patched for x days. Customer tun off their computers and then put them to sleep so the IT automation didn't go through. We need to send them an email to let them know to keep it on

I think the ability to select multiple software bundles within the Patch Management & IT Automation profiles would be extremely useful for setting up different departments of a company (i.e. select a base essentials and software development bundle for a software engineer)

It would be great to be able to run a manual scan after making changes to IP addresses on printers and related network IP based equipment.

Device Filtering
The filtering devices, when looking through devices for available patches it would be nice to sort by the patches column so instead of searching through the whole list, we can see all the devices with pending patches sorted to the top of the list and go through these. It would be extremely helpful if the sorting could be applied to all columns.

Atera should update software on Chocolatey public repo
Given that Atera pushes for the use of chocolatey, they should take the time to update common software packages on the public repo that they use. things like VLC are wildly out of date, and Atera is failing to update these programs despite promising to update them.
