  1. My customer would like to have a history of all tickets, when he receive the billing.

    This history should inherit all communication, which are written. So my customer can check, for what he pay!

  2. While attempting to complete a task on a device clients device, I'm often encountering a user that is logged into that device. I can always check for logged in users before remoting in, however it would be really great to be able to send the current logged in user a notification or communication box to let them know that some maintenance is required.

  3. I don't need to be told every month theres a new version out by covering the entire screen when I login. This is bad SaaS practice and is a jarring experience when you're logging on to complete a task.

    The Notification bubble at the top of the screen already tells me about new releases, this is sufficient.

  6. When pulling a report on Microsoft licensing, not all licenses are found. "Windows Embedded" OSs are not included in the report if they don't have a version number. It would be useful to see all licenses, even if they don't have a version number.

  12. I would like to be able to draw a report on monthly uptime of SNMP, HTTP and other devices.

  13. Similar to the Auditor Report, we would like to have an executive summary report that combines auditor report and patch status summary as well as other reports that we can add or remove when required.
    It would also be very handy if we can remove specific elements from a report e.g. remove Mac computers if they don't exist on the network or Server Distribution etc. and most importantly have this report sent with a PDF attachment.

  15. Users sometimes email in with info only in the subject, or they set out of office with no info in the body. If this occurs all we see in the ticket is a blank entry.
    Solution would be to include the email subject.

  16. The ability to be able to filter by Custom Fields to more easily identify certain customer types, please also improve the filtering within the billing area in bulk invoices.

    We need the ability to be able to only filter certain customer groups for invoices monthly, and being able to only filter by customer or contract type is not flexible enough.

    Being able to tag a customer or add a custom contract type, allows us to more easily identify customers with special billing needs. It takes too long trying to go through the customer list and cross reference what 'type' of…

  17. The ability to query a device's WMI and then set a custom field in the agent's record would allow us to then use those custom fields with filters. For example, query the processor type and then set a custom field to read either Intel or AMD.

    I can see this working as a WMI query function built by Atera or an added feature to the installed agent that allows a script to send data back to the agent which would update the record.

  20. Majority of my deployments are Apple only. Please add wake functionality to work for the Mac side when no PC is there.
