This Asset/Services list, would enable us to dynamically update the fees associated with contracts… if a site adds 3 servers. Bingo reflected in the billing

The "Add Rate" would enable us to add multiple rates to tickets... perhaps the work on servers bills higher than work on laptops or printers...
