Add "Pause" option to tickets
When on a ticket, it'd be a good idea to pause a ticket than outright stop it.

 commentedI agree. When working with a ticket, 9 times out of 10 I'm also working on other things. It would be really beneficial if we had a pause button in addition to the stop button. If I stop the timer, it's not very easy to start it again. Like when I navigate away from the ticket screen and go to the problem device. I love that the ticket timer stays on top of the screen, but if I need to stop it to work on something else, I have to go back to tickets, find the ticket, then start the timer and navigate back to the device. All of the extra navigation and page loads can easily be avoided if we simply had a pause button.
