  2. Ability to integrate 2fa codes into the passwords area for each customer (e.g 365 2fa codes) rather than having to use 3rd party apps like authy to share 2fa codes for multiple engineers.

    IT Glue has this feature for reference :)

  4. Ability to assign more than one engineer to a job. An example would be you work on a job with a number or other engineers due to skill set and or training and need them added to the ticket.

  5. The new update tool is still short coming. It can't detect Router, switches, NASes and even Printer. It should be able to detect UPnP devices. Even standard Windows 10 can scan and list these devices. A free tool like Advanced IP Scanner can detect better. This tool needs to be seriously re-tooled to a level that can be used in corporate environment.

  6. Create method to email all customers regarding an outage. Outages that comes to mind are Microsoft service outage or Internet outage in a region.
    This method could be use to email all the contacts of a customer or to all customers.

  7. A configurable page that can contain customized views, to allow information such as unassigned tickets to be seen on a central screen in the office as well as other information such as alerts.

  8. The possibility to exclude an alert on an hardware by only clicking 'IGNIORE'

    Sometime the alert is not acceptable for some hardware and this alert comback every day.

  9. It would be very useful to be notified (e.g. an email) when an alert has been automatically resolved.
    For example, if a server goes offline I get an email and if it comes back online I always get a resolution email

  10. Have the option to set an alert interval when a host is down. For example if critical host X is down for 4 hours send a new email alert again to the defined email that the host is still down. This will ensure noone will miss it.

  12. Within Atera it asks that we define the business Public IP. What would be nice is to view if a user is working at the office or remotely when looking at devices under the customer name.
    One could have a simple reference point to the Public IP that is defined and display a "true statement" if the user is at the office or remotely.

  14. He wants to be able to customize the view of the dashboard per technician. This is a minor request but would be a great help. Meaning, each technician would see the dashboard that is relevant to them.

  15. Would like to give technicians full permissions to specific customers, don't wan't to assign "full admin access".

    Things like create folder, add computers to folders does not work if you haven't assigned "full admin access"

    I suggest we add mobile phone number, showing the following information at a glance:

  19. Have the ability do delete messages from ticket conversation history. We have been accidentally sent confidential information not intended for us and there is no way to remove this from Atera.

  20. It seems as though the remote command prompt and powershell have declined in performance rather than improved. It has always been buggy and had refresh issues, but now scrolling does not work as expected -- I now have to manually scroll down (this used to work). Also, if the command prompt or powershell dialog is minimized, it is non-responsive when restored -- I have to kill it and re-open a new instance.
