It frequently takes forever for an agent to come online. Sometimes even longer for Remote access to be available. This may be a Splashtop-only issue.
Can a system Tray Icon be implemented with some basic functionality like Request Remote Assistance? Repair Atera Agent. Request chat.This would hopefully poke the system into recognizing an agent is online and available for Remote Control or whatever the customer seeks help with.

The problem is the Atera agent on Windows has a service startup type of "Automatic (Delayed Start)". I have absolutely no idea why this is the case. Manually changing the startup type to "Automatic" is reset back to the default "Automatic (Delayed Start)" the next time the agent service is restarted.
