  1. I would like to see a WordPress widget of a floating button for logging support requests in the helpdesk for clients that do not have the support agent. I used to have this when I used the Freshdesk free helpdesk.
    Clients could give a description, see the ticket incident fields, attach files and make live screen grabs. All this was direct from the internet browser on our website.

  2. I would like to add an area where we can set a Display string for returned values in the SNMP monitoring. For example if a SNMP OID returns a value of 2 it would display Normal. I would like the option to customise this depending on the device we are setting up.

  3. When a article is created we should be able to assign it to a customer and then on the customers page have a knowledge base tab to view all assigned articles

  7. It's great that you can export the software inventory report for the entire site, but it would be helpful if you can generate a software inventory report for an individual agent in a site. The only option for generating the report is to select a site, would it be possible to add a selection field to pick 1 agent from the site to generate the report on? This would be immensely helpful to reduce the amount of information being generated in the report if we have multiple agents in a site.

  10. My customer would like to have a history of all tickets, when he receive the billing.

    This history should inherit all communication, which are written. So my customer can check, for what he pay!

  12. Simple update- would love to see an option to tweak the Machine Status Unknown
    time threshold.

    I'm not so sure on what the threshold is set to currently however, it's too short as this is 90% of our alerts yet the computers are always resolved on their own the next day.

  13. it would be great to have a link to directly download the PDF and Excel Export, it would save a good amout of time when you have to archive 20-30 and send them to clients. Alternatvily, it would be nice to have the option in the Report scheduler to send the reports as attachments directly in the Email notificaion. that way we could skip the Download all togehter, that would also give us the option to send the reports directly to the Client instead of being in the middle.

  16. Hello, could you consider the idea to improve deployment of scripts, maybe permitting to choose more than one script at one time? Could be useful selecting more scripts and let them run one after another just like the install in the Software Bundles.

  17. Send email to user if laptop not patched for x days. Customer tun off their computers and then put them to sleep so the IT automation didn't go through. We need to send them an email to let them know to keep it on

  19. I think the ability to select multiple software bundles within the Patch Management & IT Automation profiles would be extremely useful for setting up different departments of a company (i.e. select a base essentials and software development bundle for a software engineer)
