Ability to access devices without remoting into it
Ability to access devices on the network their web gui, without having to log into a machine. Being able to pass httpp and access the log-in, without having to log into the device in the network. Other RMMs do have that capability. Web interface that we can log into. Pass through one of the devices on the network and just pull up back-end web interface where we can log in without disturbing the customer.

2fa access list IP address options
Ability to use network IP range when enabling Access List via 2fa login settings page in the Admin tab (Admin >> General >> Two Factor Authentication (2FA) >> Restrict IP Permissions >> Access List). Currently it only allows for a specific IP address. This is crucial for Public IPs that are Dynamic which is highly likely to keep changing.

Application control/Whitelisting
Integrate with ThreatLocker to control what applications send or receive, lock down ports to the system.
"
Total endpoint control over what software can run, and what resources it can access. With simple to use, robust and policy-driven Application Whitelisting and Ringfencing.
Application Whitelisting has long been considered the gold standard in protecting businesses from viruses, ransomware, and other malicious software. Unlike antivirus, Application Whitelisting puts you in control over what software, scripts, executables, and libraries can run on your endpoints and servers. This "default deny" approach not only stops malicious software, but it also stops any other unpermitted applications…11 votes -
peer to peer software installation
From what support tells me 20 installs per minute limits any software deployment to small batches. Aside from the limit, the network potentially chokes up at the internet line. These are limits that need/can be managed. For example... determine if the software is already installed, and if not, determine the number of IP addresses receiving the request, round robin downloads by randomization of a delay between 1 - 15 minutes and peer to peer share the downloaded file for deployment or designate an agent download point inside the network as preferred method if available.

Azure Monitoring
Monitoring agents for Microsoft Azure.
Monitoring agent for Azure AD
It would be great to have the possibility to monitor Azure Element like Azure VMs, Storage Accounts, MySQL Database, PostgreSQL Database, SQL Database, Load Balancer, Virtual Network Gateways, Traffic Manager, Webserver, Certificates, Kubernetes, ...
It would also be interesting the collection of some metrics for historical view.
Azure costs could also be monitored3 votes -
Threshold profiles/alerts to go to different teams
Would like to be able to send alert profiles to different staff. I have one profile for workstations and one for servers. Would like to have workstation alerts email the helpdesk and server alerts to the server/network admins.

Show customer attachments in mobile app
With the attachment section in a customer, we have thought about using this for remote clients to help them locate their servers and network and having a picture to guide them really helps a lot, especially for techs who havent been to the client site before. This attachment section is very helpful! However it does not seem to be present in the mobile app and this would be great to have as the mobile app is more convenient than logging in with a computer.

Monthly Patchmanagement Report
Hi, it would be very useful if we could define in the patch summary report the number of missing patches when a client is Up to date or not.
Because in a larger network the report is nearly always Negative.2 votes -

Threshold profile to check low usage
threshold warning when Network Bandwidth / cpu usage / memory usage goes below a set threshold and not only when it goes above said threshold.
for devices that are meant to be constantly running and we need to be alerted if they crash to go in and solve the issue.

Use another agent as proxy or gateway for devices without internet access
Allow monitoring devices that have no internet gateway but which are in the same network than other atera agents with full internet access allowed. We have windows machines competely without default gateway entry. I think they will not be able to launch functions which need internet access but maybe we are able to monitor them by redirecting the monitoring information over an existing agent.

Launch remote Performance Monitor for real-time evaluation of device performance
When devices throw alerts (i.e. CPU, Memory, Disk I/O, Network Utilization) have the ability to launch a remote Perfmon.exe (or equivalent) session to be able to diagnose issues with a real time view of performance metrics. This might require a custom interface to make it cross platform, but for Windows to Windows, it could be as simple as invoking perfmon.exe for the desired target device.

Differentiation between different NIC speed classes for Alerting
Alerts - Differentiation between different NIC types
It makes no sense to configure a network bandwith alert for e.g. 90Mb/s if there are also 10Gb-NICs on the same server.
We have lots of Hyper-V hosts, which typically use 1Gb-NICs for client communication and 10Gb-NICs for storage communication. With the above threshold setting we have lots of false poisitives troughout the day. Therefore it would be rather important to differentiate between different NIC speed classes2 votes -

Public URLs
For network monitoring, we can create multiple types of network. Issue is that you need an Atera agent . Would be good to not necessarily need a connected agent because it's the Atera agent to monitor urls that are public and that are not in company networks.

SMB
Good day!
It is desirable and absolutely urgent to have a threshold element with mounted network drives that can be monitored under macOS. This means that there must be a message if macOS loses the connection to the share. It shouldn't matter whether it's AFP, FTP, NFS or SMB.

Licensing option for Remote Control only
I am a manager in a team of 5. Myself and one other are dedicated to maintaining the hardware and endpoint software on our network. We both have Atera licences and work onsite.
I also have 3 team members who develop inhouse software applications for use by our clinical colleagues. All three of these team members now work from home permanently. There have been many occasions where it would have been useful for these three colleagues to have the ability to remote control users machines who are onsite for support and training purposes, particularly recently.
As manager for both…
