Allow add-ons to be purchased and applied to individual agents
Purchasing of add-on features should not be an "all or none" in being applied to agents. For instance, we would like to only purchase Network Discovery for one or two of our agents as they are more Tier 2 or manager level, but there would be no need for the rest of the agents to use this feature.

Network Scanning based on private address
We have locations with an SDWAN setup where the public IP address of domain controllers change. Each time this happens network scanning stops because the scanning is based off of the public IP address of the server. We would like to be able to set up scanning simply based on the Private addresses.

Seperate Licensing management
We would like to have the ability to assign different licensing to different employees as an example if we have a security team to do some port checking or so we would like to assign them the network discovery option but not for the rest of the team that will never use it. This goes for Guest as well for example: Customer would lik to use our tool to jump on his own machines so we should be able to assign a limited license for remote management only.

Network Monitoring
I'm currently trialing Atera, and loving the platform so far - the only thing I'd suggest with network/monitoring and alerts is having the option to select numerous agents as the network monitor - for example with SNMP or generic, reason for this is, if your monitoring agent is offline; I've noticed with generic it doesn't show that your devices that are being monitored by the agent as offline. Perhaps have a round-robin method of monitoring, thus if a monitoring agent is offline but another is online it'll still monitor your network devices - but also, with that being said…

metered network connections
Turn on or off the metered connection on Ethernet and/or wifi network connections.
Would be handy to be able to enable a metered connection on a remote laptop if the user suddenly starts hitting high data usage on a 4G router and mounts up a huge bill.2 votes -
Show active Network adapter
It would be great to see under the hardware heading which network adapter is currently active and what the in/out metrics are. Our remote users are instructed to use the ethernet cable we provide but some try to get away with using their wifi connection, which is not robust or reliable enough for our proprietary software.

Network Management Platform Monitoring
Integrate connection to Network Management platforms (ie; Ubiquiti, Cisco). Allow for device update and other notifications directly in Atera. Also links to platform website that opens in another tab directly to the selected site, device or setting. This could also be used for asset management integration for warranty and RMA submition or status.

Network Agent
In our line of business and I'm sure many others I run PC's on my network that have no access to the outside world, there ran threw a NIC and Switch separate of the internet. I would like to see the ability to run a agent remotely via the main agent or even run scripts on remotely via that agent.

Display the network link speed - 100Mbps, 1GbE, 10GbE etc
I would like to see the current network connection link speed on the devices screen and also on the Auditor report.
This would really help trace cable faults where connections have dropped to 10/100mbps, or where old mini-switches have found there way back onto networks!
Today I discovered a client had recently had 10/100mbps phones installed with there computers now daisy chained onto them!

Agent as a credentialed user for AD auth/network share access
It would be excellent to have the ability to config the agent user so it could be recognised and managed as an AD user or local/domain admin/user.
This would allow the use of more script functions like xcopy of network folder/file shares to the client for deployment and allow it be a more useful tool where you want all other local admin restricted.If we could config the client to be a local admin or a domain user with authentication,

I need the option to do a bulk migration of devices to a different monitoring agent. I don't know why this is automatically chosen instead of being monitored by the original search agent in Network Discovery. It's very non-intuitive. When I go to delete a monitoring agent it says move all monitored agents. I have to click EACH AND EVERY device that is being monitored by this agent. It's painfully time consuming. I would also be better for the selected monitoring agent to be a server rather than some random PC that goes offline…

Show Switch network interface information
For switches, it would be helpful to have a list of the interfaces which also includes the interface information such as port status, ip address, name, mac address, etc.
Also, if the ability to power cycle those ports or perform any switch management or a CLI interface would be immensely helpful.
And in the table, allow the system to see other devices that you already have the Atera Agent on, and have that table link items found on a switch so you can click on known devices and go to that page.
