Link tickets to devices for hardware issue history
Tickets should be linked to either users or hardware or both. Without this, your ticketing system is a glorified TO-DO list.
Linking hardware to a ticket gives the device list a history of issues that the tech can use to further troubleshoot.
PC has had multiple issues with NIC? Now I can see that.
User has had multiple tickets for "how to do XYZ" (ore created user errors) Now I can see that.RELATIONSHIPS are the key to a database. Not the rows themselves!

Scheduled Patch Reports Need Unique Naming
Currently, any scheduled Patch Status Summary reports that are delivered to you via email have nothing in the report that shows what it is actually reporting on. Every one has the same name, "Patch Status Summary". Looking at the report, you have zero idea what this report is reporting on. If you have multiple reports, (one for Critical Patches, one for Security Patches, one for Service Pack Updates, etc.), they all come across exactly the same with the exact same body, Report Name, etc.
When Scheduling the report, we have a field to create a Description. This description field should be used as a variable and carried over onto the emailed report so we have an idea what the report is.

Wireless device specification | speed
In the device dashboard and also in reports the ability to identify if a device is connected via wireless and what wireless hardware speed / standard is supported. This would be very useful to recommend either upgrades to workstations or access points or both. The idea is to be able to identify performance opportunities, offer solutions and maximize performance for the client.

web based remote
Web Based Remote Access Tool via Https browser. Currently Syncro has remote access via browser https., this is really good and removes the dependability from Slashtop (only works half time), Teamviewer (expensive) etc., if we can access device through browser that would be a very cool and much needed feature.

Allow agent to use multiple sessions to allow multi monitor use without nag message
Very simple I've noticed a new marketing message trying to sell an addional agent licence because I'm logged into Atera twice. Techically I'm not using 2 licences I'm simply spreading interface items across mulitple monitors. I only ever initiate a machine connection from always the same instance. I use the second session to look at tickets, call up passwords, check documentation. I use 4 monitors and a single webpage session just doesn't cut in these days and navigation gets rather clumsy moving round the same session. The main issue is its not always possible to lock a contact to an agent as people move between machines so I often find myself doing a search to see what machine a user is on. Can we get rid of the nag message. If you want to prevent customers (us) from using a single licence for mulitple support people simply add a no remote control login option to limit remote control to a single licence instance.
