Password protect the Atera agent from end-user uninstalls
Password protect Atera Agent from being uninstalled. I have had several users uninstall the agent from their systems. Most do not recognize the software and remove it. Others are just nosy. And others see the new software added and remove it because they don't like control, "Big Brother" .
I would like the option to place a check mark to turn on Password protection.

Alert when agent uninstalled
Receive a ticket when an agent is uninstalled - as the agent does not have a password to uninstall, it would be good to know if the agent is accidentally removed by someone, deliberate or accidentally.
If the password feature is under development, an option to receive an alert upon commencement of removal would be tremendous!

Warranty Information Collection
Since the Atera Agent already collects the Service Tag or Serial number it would be great if it could potentially record warranty information and/or display that on the device screen and incorporate that into the Audit report.

Install agent on Synology, QNAP or Raspberry Pi
Install agent on Synology, QNAP or Raspberry Pi. As we move to more cloud and Saas based offerings, the days when people had dedicated servers in the office is going away. As such I would like to be able to install the agent on another type of device like a NAS.

Ability to archive retired devices
I want to be able to show my customers what machines have been replaced over the replacement cycle, so I do not want to delete retired machines from atera, I want to be able to mark them as retired and exclude them from everything except a retired assets report.
The current system of hide devices not seen for X days is not the same thing, Just because a device has not been switched on for say 300 days, does not mean that I do not need to know of it's existence for the fixed assets register.

Merge Agents
It would be great if a machine has Windows reinstalled to be able to merge the old data with the new installation.

White label agent name
Currently we use ITARIAN, which allows us to rename and install the agent using our company name, this appears in the start menu and add or remove programs as our company name, this help avoid customer uninstalling by mistake if they don't know what the software is.

Security and Compliance Scan
Could be great that the Atera agent scans the devices looking for known vulnerabilities, just as we do with some products, to then report all the items found and having a knowledge base with all the recommended fixes.
For example, Atera would scan the registry for settings that are not in compliance with a template provided like "Windows Clients - enhanced security", and then will report for each found setting and will have a link for the knowledge base with more information on what should be configured. - One is to incorporate a password on the agent so people cannot accidently or purposely shut down the agent or uninstall because they are not sure what it is!
- Expand the White Label branding so it also allows customizing or generically displaying the install program name and folder name, as well as in the Apps and Add Remove Program Files. I would like to be able to hide the system tray icons for Atera, anydesk or splashtop. We had a user uninstall it and it caused problems trying to connect to and manage their system

Allow the agent to gather and report any information (S/N, model number, manufacturer) on attached peripherals (mice, keyboard, etc) to allow IT departments to take inventory of these devices.

Notification to customer/client about ongoing connection
Some end users are security conscious, and would like to be notified the entire time a tech is logged in, instead of the window that disappears 20 seconds after the connection starts. Ideally, the notification would stay visible the entire duration of the remote session. TeamViewer has this feature in the bottom right corner, showing who is connected, and their TV ID. Simple click of the arrow minimizes the connection notification, but is still visible to show that a connection is ongoing.
Alternatively, a notice that the tech is no longer connected might make the end user more comfortable.

Revert Agent Name back to Device Name
The Agent Name already grabs the Device Name of the PC automatically unless you manually edit the Agent Name once. Once you do that, it will never revert to the Device Name. Please allow Atera to have the Agent Name pulled from the PC Device Name again after the Agent Name has been edited. The workaround is to uninstall/reinstall Atera but that is not practical.

Display the current active user
The device display shows the "Last Logged User". But this information does not clearly indicate if the user is still logged in. It is often stale or incorrect, especially if more than one user is logged in.
Ideally, it should show the currently logged in user (the one that's active). And it should show their status (Active, Idle, etc...)

Disk Space History with predicted time til full
It would be great to get historic information for disk space (maybe as a report?) to see the trend for the last 6 months, rather than just the current free space.
Coupled with that, it would be great to get a predicted mean time until full based on historic trend.
