White label agent name
Currently we use ITARIAN, which allows us to rename and install the agent using our company name, this appears in the start menu and add or remove programs as our company name, this help avoid customer uninstalling by mistake if they don't know what the software is.

White Label the Atera agent name. Allow branding the agent with your own company name or IT deptartment name.
Branding so it also allows customizing or generically displaying the install program name and folder name, as well as in the Apps and Add Remove Program Files. Instead of “Atera” under Program Files or Program Files (x86), or the Apps and Add Remove Program files. This should also apply to running services.

It would be great to whitelabel the actual install for Atera. I have seen some of the other RMM platforms allow for whitelabeling the name that shows up under the programs list, such as "MSP Name RMM" instead of just "Atera Agent". I had a script that did that with Atera at one time, but a real option to do that would be great.

It is really unfortunate that this is taking so long. Our team have now been forced to look at other RMM software systems that already include this feature and are willing to match or beat the Atera billing model of per technican. I cannot mention two of the names but the competition is matching and beating the Atera pricing.

Yes, this should be a native integration. Using our company name instead of "Atera" makes more sense for the customers.

This is already possible with the use of some registry keys but handling this from the admin portal would be great!

We have used several other RMM products and they all offer in house branding, this would be a definite plus for both MSP's and In house IT departments!

While there are some scripts available to mostly achieve this, they aren't foolproof and really just a hack.
This should be a feature, Atera's white label feature set is rather weak in comparison to competing products and needs a LOT of innovation.

There's actually a script in the Shared Script Library that does this (we use it ourselves).
Search up "Proper Whitelabel Atera Agent script" and you'll find it. Takes a bit of time to make your way through it, but once you've done it once, you can set up an IT automation to run the script on all new agents.
Enjoy!
