Possibility to manual deactivation of agents without deletion
It would be extremely helpful if Atera offered the opportunity to manually deactivate agents without deleting it completely from the system. There are often devices that are retired or temporarily inactive, but the data of which we still need for documentation or reporting purposes. At the moment, however, we only have the option of leaving them in the system, which means that they are still shown in reports and in patch management-which leads to confusion and unnecessary notifications.

Assign Software Bundle to devices
i would like to assign a software bundle to a server. So when a softwarebundle is changed (application is added or removed), the server that is assigned to it, get those changes.

splashtop chat intergrate to a ticket current and if no ticket , as well as have a chat row in a ticket as no comunication can be logged
Currently, when using splashtop and chatting, the agent has no fallback of what was discussed. It would be great if you could integrate that into a current ticket, or if there is no ticket, create that for a new ticket as well. Also, tickets have a tab that can be listed as chat as an example

Apple silicon native AteraAgent
Seeing as how Apple has transitioned their entire computer product line away from Intel CPUs to their own "silicon-on-chip" M-series CPUs between late 2020 and mid 2023 and that many vendors (Microsoft, Google, Splashtop, TeamViewer, Sentinel One) have released "Apple native" binaries for their agents and frameworks, isn't it time for Atera to follow suit and stop relying on Apple's legacy binary support through Rosetta?

More than one Atera agent install
Currently at the Moment the Atera agent only allows one install , when it installs it should have the company name on it too.
currently we have a other vendors that also use Atera and when they use there client it removes ours.

Script-based custom fields for all plans not only super power
We need to be able to store value from scripts on custom fileds for all plans or at least mid tier plans.
I understand that this is locked down to only super power but if you look around you'll see everyone else has this across all the plans.
What's the point of having this developed for the high end plan?

Agent translation in Italian
It would be nice to have Atera Agent text in other languages (in my case Italian). Curently it's unusable for most of my customers (they don't know english).

Revert Agent Name back to Device Name
The Agent Name already grabs the Device Name of the PC automatically unless you manually edit the Agent Name once. Once you do that, it will never revert to the Device Name. Please allow Atera to have the Agent Name pulled from the PC Device Name again after the Agent Name has been edited. The workaround is to uninstall/reinstall Atera but that is not practical.

Be able to build the basic Patch Status Summary report in advanced reports
We currently use the basic patch report but we would like to add more information to this report so I sat out to build a custom patch report in advanced reports only to find out that it is quite literally not possible because you are not able to count the amount of updates a computer needs in the advanced reporting section.
I don't really understand how you can build the report in classic reports but you can't replicate it in advanced reporting.

Export all BitLocker keys via the API
In light of the CrowdStrike issues late last week, I feel that it's critical that we be able to export all of the BitLocker keys via the API.
It's not a workable solution to have to open each agent and unhide the key to copy it into a spreadsheet.
The BitLocker keys should be available via the Agents "GET" command.

universal / multi login
I have atera for my msp use. I just onboarded a client that already has atera for internal IT.
What im looking for is a global login or guest login that i could leverage my existing license to work with the client .
some way i could share my existing scripts/monitors/ automations and avoid having to pay for a seat on their tenant.

Need a better way to uninstall Atera agent remotely
When preventing Atera agent uninstall, support informed me that running powershell command to uninstall Atera agent is the only option. Pushing the uninstallation from the console should be enabled
