AI utilization for troubleshooting
Is it possible if the user starts a support chat and AI replay accordingly to troubleshoot the issue by running predefined scripts authorized by administrators. For example, if the user says his computer is running slow, AI must check the hardware utilization and accordingly run the script to fix the issue. If the issue persists, it should connect the user to a technician.

Deep Billing Integration
We want Atera to be able to read how many backups or Endpoints a customer has so we can bill them using the billing functionality and not manually. The info is there.

First Response from Automated Replies or Changing Status
Change how the first response is registered as our techs don't often send an email from the ticket before starting to work as we have the Automated responses for when a ticket gets assigned and then techs usually contact the client directly.
Can either changing the status from Open to Schedule or In-Progress count as First response or once the Automated response for when the Tech has been assigned be used as the First response.2 votes -
Contract Billing Period display in Quickbooks Online
There does not seem to be a way for the Billing period information for a contract to be exported to Quickbooks, if for some reason, monthly billing has been slow going out, depending on the timing of the contracts, a client may get two bills for two different periods. But without that information displaying on the invoice in quickbooks online, it creates confusion for the client.

Alert if working someone elses ticket
Alert if you grab a ticket that someone else has already grabbed, alert before you save any comments if the ticket is in someone else's name, alert before you change the status of a ticket that belongs to someone else, etc.
Basically, this will just let you know that someone else got to it faster since it is not real-time and you are not both working the same ticket.

Templates for within atera for tickets, and contracts.
With Autotask, it has templates and it sets up the billable contracts. It fills out everything, and it is integrated with our accounting system. All you have to do is click a button and then the contracts will be filled our and it will create tickets as well.

SNMP Alert category in Dashboard
in Dashboard it would be good to have an evidence of alerts for snmp device. Something like a specific category of alerts server of a count on the availability monitor. As MSP it usefull to have immediate evidence of number of snmp device have an alert.

Change the timer back
Only a minor thing, but the new font being used for the ticket timer is just plain ugly. It cheapens the interface, its way bigger than it needs to be. Please change it back to the previous font.

Sound Alerts
I think a nice optional feature would be to have optional sound alerts that a ticket has been created. As an IT professional I am not always looking at my dashboard and occasionally am delayed in responding to tickets due to the fact that I am not alerted like the other sound alerts.
