Optional visual feedback of agent actions in computers
It would be nice to enable feedback on the remote computers from an icon in the taskbar. For example, if it is "Patch Friday", I would like to be able to notify my customer that at 5pm, on Friday, the computer is installing updates. The end user should be able to see the announcement of the agent and also be able to open it at any moment and confirm what actions are being performed on his/her device. Kind of real-time feedback for the end user or server administrator.

services (with all components) in the dashboard
Today we don't only monitor servers and devices, we mainly monitor "SERVICES". Each application or service at our clients depends upon of dozens of components. It would be nice to have a place in the Dashboard where we can create those services with all its components and have the entire thing showing up as healthy/unhealthy or with alerts for performance, etc. As an example, one of my customers have a very important service for end users which depends on a custom website running on IIS and a SQL engine and some DBs running on a SQL server. Disk Usage alerts with top folders and or files using the most space
I would like to be able not only that my drives are almost full, but also the top 5 folders and/or files consuming the most space on each partition. That would be great to pin point the cause and act quickly. I normally have to use a 3rd party tool to determine the top disk usage by folders and files.

IT Automation Feedback
When receiving the email from various reports (IT Automation Feedback) it is kind of useless since we don't see the machine affected so we have to click on View Analytics. It would be easy to have the list of machine in the summary.

Bulk event id and windows service monitoring
I wish there was an option to select a preconfigured set of event log monitoring items and the same for windows services. Right now we have to manually setup each event id or windows services we want to monitor. I would like to be alerted whenever important event ids are logged, such as critical events. I would like to be alerted whenever a service that is configured for automatic startup ends up stopped.

Make 'run on offline agents' timeframe customizable for individual profiles
It would be great if the 'Run on offline agents' timeframe setting for IT Automation and Patch Management could be defined for each profile. Currently it can only be defined for all profiles.
For example, it would be great for patching or software updates to be run on offline agents for a week or more. That way they would still get the patches/updates if they were offline at the scheduled push time. However, if I have a separate profile pushing a reboot, I would never want that profile to be pushed to an offline agent when it comes back online.…

Option to Download all Agent Installers at once
The variety of options for installing agents (download the msi directly, the curl script, download link) is nice.
It would also be nice if we could download a zip of every agent installer.

Schedule items and schedule items in the office 365 calendar.
So I can create a ticket and schedule an item in the 365 calendar.
But I can't create a schedule ticket in atera and create a schedule 365 calendar entry?!

2FA QR code
Add the ability to upload a screenshot in the passwords section. A lot of 2FA uses QR codes so having these there would be handy.

Personal ticket timer settings per technician
Some technicians work with automatic timer opening because they forget to log their hours
Some like to do it manually and not have it create a log for every time they enter a ticket

Add a button to bring back the timer if you've closed it already
If you close the timer you are in trouble. the only way to bring the timer back up is to reopen the ticket. need button to bring the timer back

Un-merge time entries when un-merging tickets
When tickets are un-merged it should also un-merge the time entries that were attached to each ticket originally. Currently, all time entries stay with the original ticket after un-merging.

Credential Exchange for Patch Management and automation tasks
Patching is so important now that to have patches fail to install because the user is not signed in poses a risk that patches can be missed within the critical window. If patches could be installed with credential exchange this would resolve the problem 9 times out of 10.

Splashtop - Device Enable/Disable
The ability to disable devices controls before connection with Slashtop. On either our side or theirs. Giving the ability to just watch remotely or logon and automatically have their mouse/keyboard/touchscreen disabled
