  4. Option to assign multiple contacts to a ticket.
    A single issue in a ticket can touch multiple users/contacts. When an ticket is scaled up from incident to problem. or when multiple people experience the same issue. I would like to be able to add more contacts to an issue.

  6. It would be helpful if there is a way to change Company, as well as requester, in tickets. For example, a company called "unassigned" appears when unfamiliar e-mails and domains send emails to the ticket forwarder address. If I can directly edit this information in the ticket, it will be extremely helpful.

  7. When a Ticket is closed can the email response include the last comment made on the ticket? Whether it be from the Customer or the Technician?
    My process is the update with final notes, press “Send Reply”, then I set the Ticket Status to either Resolved or Closed. I don’t see a way to set Resolved and have it Send Reply all in the same action.

  8. Assuming that heartbeats are sent both ways for machine availability, the server end is slow to recognize a computer is offline. This can make testing things like Wake on LAN very slow. If the client agent can somehow notify the server that a shutdown event was recorded and update the portal much sooner that would save a lot of time. Alternatively, decrease heartbeat interval times? Sometimes have to wait 5-10 minutes after shutting down a machine before the portal recognizes the device is offline.

  9. Currently Atera is allowed via DUO authentication app as a 3rd party app. I like that I can push or text an approval for my 2FA for my other apps, but this one I have to enter the 6 digit code. Can you get with DUO.com and add your product to an IT Authenticator vs a consumer google or other

  14. Not sure if this is the correct category.

    My request is simple, expand on the Scripts section to add VBS. Maybe there is a simple reason why it is not there but I have this slick Printer Install Script that I can run with VBS and it would be great if I could simply execute it like I do the others. (ps1, bat, exe, etc.)

  17. Please allow simplifying the results from the Software Inventory report such that apps with different versions can be collapsed into a single line.

    When I run this report right now, it's very cumbersome to see the apps installed when there can be 10 entries for the same app with varying versions. Being able to simplify this list so I can see plainly what apps are installed on which endpoints without having to mentally or manually collapse these multiple duplicate apps would be very beneficial.
