  1. To be able to export all off line devices from a customer.
    Would be really usefull for a review the offline devices to find out the reson why are off line.
    This way we could find any old systems un used systems and also troubleshoot any Atera connectivity issues - showing an active system off line.

  2. The address format on the dashboard is backwards. In the states the address is typically:
    123 street Ave
    City, State, Zip
    USA

    but on the dashboard the format is backwards

    usa
    State, city, address, zip.

    can we get this formatted correctly?

  3. il serait intéressant de pouvoir ajouter des liens HyperText dans le profile des clients afin de consulter des documents offices 365 propre aux client, afin de compléter les renseignements du client en interne sans passer pars la base de connaissance qui est très limité sur la mis en page.

  4. Need to be capable to select order to run automation and scripts inside the automation.

    Was told now by ATERA support that there is no order or way to select this.

    For automation we need many times select the order for scripts
    script1
    script2
    and many times will help if we had some conditions (example if server run scriptA, it workstation run scriptB)

    more specific

    1) run a script with msiexec to remove any version of XYZ software
    2) run the last version of MSI file to install XYZ software

  8. We get many emails daily from various software solutions we run for our clients. Example: 3CX Alerts, SentinelOne Alerts, AFI Backup Alerts.

    These emails come from a single no-reply email address, and information about which client it relates to is in the body of the email.

    I feel this is a 2 part request.

    1. Add the ability to parse the email body for a particular string that can be compared to a custom field entry on a contact/company.
      For example, our backup software contains a string in the body that reads "Google Workspace domain: domainname.com"

  9. Expanding on earlier idea would be good to have the following:
    In Role Permissions:
    Build on to Desktop Remote Management and Server Remote Management but have a new item:
    Server Remote Access - Toggle remote access on or off for Servers.

    This way we can have a tech monitoring servers and running scripts we have made but make the tech assigned to role unable to remote into servers (Think L1 or L2 tech).
    Speaking of scripts, before "Manage Scripts" have a toggle to:
    "View Scripts" - on and off so that we can assign L1 or L2 tech the ability…

  11. It would be great if the Ticket Title could be added to the Ticket Timer at the top so that when it is easy to see which ticket the timer is for.

    Currently it only shows Ticket number and the time accumulated.

    Open ticket shows title as "#1234 Ticket Title".
    But search result shows as "Ticket Title #1234", search should instead show "#1234 Ticket Title".

  14. Could it be possible to run a script against an API.

    We use a 3rd party helpdesk it will be good to use the helpdesk to call the API to run a sctipt. The 3rd party desk already grabs the machine details you see so we would like to run a script against it

  17. Problem:
    Currently it is possible to use a graph to display the CPU usage and memory usage.
    I would like to also monitor the network traffic on the server to better understand how much data is going in and out. This can help to investigate on potential issues especially on server.

    Improvement:
    Make it possible to monitor the traffic on a specific agent and display it in an extra graph showing inbound/ outbound traffic per timeframe and in total (E.g. 150GB within the last 24 hours).

    Benefit:
    This will help to identify peak times on that server from network perspective…

  20. When adding a ticket rather than just "add" the ticket, could we get another option to "add and resolve". This helps when entering tickets after the fact, we would not have to go back in and resolve...
