  1. Mobile administration ability. Currently no admin controls in mobile app. Many times I would like the convenience of doing something from my phone versus having to grab a laptop or wait till I’m at a desktop.

  4. Good day!

    It is desirable and absolutely urgent to have a threshold element with mounted network drives that can be monitored under macOS. This means that there must be a message if macOS loses the connection to the share. It shouldn't matter whether it's AFP, FTP, NFS or SMB.

  5. We should be able to directly track work via tickets on SNMP devices.
    We should be able to attach an SNMP device to a ticket like we can agents.

    For example, you need to upgrade a Firewall's firmware. you should be able to track that in a ticket and attach the device to said ticket.

The mobile app needs to be able to filter on dates as there is no way of filtering to see for example todays arrival tickets, the app and also the online should allow you to specify date ranges and days, idea would to have a pop up calendar so the we are able to choose the dates we would like , there should be a default filter on the mobile app for todays arrival tickets

    I hope this message finds you well. We have been utilizing the Atera mobile application for managing our field technician operations and have found it to be a useful tool in many aspects. However, we have encountered some limitations in the mobile app functionality that have been impeding the efficiency and productivity of our technicians.   14. There are some clients where I cannot change or disable IPV6. This has broke Network Scanning. I need Network Discovery to have an option to "Use IPV4" only.

  15. Would be great if Atera was able to setup a LDAP server that we can configure windows/mac devices to connect to for OS authentication.

    Something like setting up an OpenLDAP server and using pGina to enable authentication for operating systems. This would eliminate the need for folks like myself having to worry about a AD solution just to manage user accounts for all my clients. That way we can have a global repository for every client and configure permissions accordingly.

  16. As other asset managers do, such as Qualys, it is often necessary to find and remove End of Life software from devices. It would be a very nice feature if Atera was able to show End of Life dates for known software, frameworks and plugins in the Software Inventory.

  17. I would like to see a selection of "when device becomes online/available" added to the schedule on the IT automation page. There are many times when an oddball device is powered on for a few hours and it isn't powered on during the automation schedule window. There may be another way around this, but running the IT automation task when the device comes online would be a great feature to have.

  19. A way to restrict access to knowledge base items. For example, a general\all user Knowledge Base AND a Technicians-Only Knowledge Base.

    This would allow technicians to 'inform' other technicians of their additions\automations\scripts etc.

  20. We often work with users who may need password resets or new account creations. It would be nice to have a built-in feature that allows us to encrypt these types of communications to ensure the safety and security of credentials. Currently, we have to use other software.
