  1. The old UI allowed you to see full customer ratings details (stars/category, comments, etc.) in the Ticket. With the new UI you can no longer see those details. Please add this functionality to the new UI.

  4. Allow us to push out an automation patch once at a certain time. For example, I push out windows patches to a group of client, and then I can run an automation that schedules a reboot at 11:30 today. Currently, the only way to do this is to reschedule the automation for the current day, which is doable but inefficient.

  6. Goal: To be able to strip RE: re: Re: rE: FW: fw: Fw: fW: and other common modifications of email subject lines from incoming emails. Overall want to increase the rate of which tickets automatically merge when end users reply.

    Suggestion: Ticket automation rule to look for strings provided by technicians on incoming emails and remove them. Create helpful tools with the automation to prevent accidental removal of valid data. Such as clearing defining what "*RE:" does vs " RE: " vs " RE:" and etc etc.

  8. It would be cool to be able to view a ticket from the Google Calendar App as a pop out or redirect to the Atera Mobile App, as well as being able to use the mobile app to send a ticket to the calendar or open the the calendar from a ticket that has already been sent to calendar.

  11. None of the Linux text editors (Nano, Vi, Vim, etc.) work in the Atera portal's Terminal window for Linux clients. It's not possible to support Linux computers without being able to edit scripts and config files, and the Atera agent for Linux provides no other way to do this.

    We find that servers do not have a "Threshold Profile".

    From my exchange with support, there is no solution to list servers without a profile or with a specific profile like "None" or whatever.

    Can you add this function please.

  13. When a device goes offline I can set a notification while I can't receive anything when it comes back online.
    This would be very useful on servers.

  16. The network discovery option should be a free option.
    Now we run a free tool on a customer device. There are so many free tools which are doing a excellent job in network discovery. Very strange we have to pay for it separate in Atera. Realy don't understand this choice.

  19. When building the criterias of a ticket automation, it would be most helpful to have a "TEST" button to find out which tickets are being captured by the filters we built to make sure it is working as expected.

    Also it would be helpful to see what "changes would have been made" if the rule was turned on.

    So a press on the "TEST" button would display something like:

    Ticket #1234: change status to "Closed", email blah@company.com
    Ticket #1256: change status to "Closed", email blip@company.com

    etc.

  20. It appears that a couple of filters are missing in the system. Currently, we can only run reports based on ticket impact, source, and priority.

    However, there are no options available for product family or products. This limitation results in vague reporting, as we are unable to determine the volume of tickets for each product.

    I strongly believe that incorporating this feature into Atera's advanced reporting is crucial for better analysis and would enhance our reporting stats for businesses.
