  1. A report or a additional choice to the Software Inventory report, I love that I can see everyone with a piece of software installed, but I would love to see a report of people MISSING software. I think the software Inventory is great for this just needs to be adjusted to allow for both.

  2. I have two or more drives to monitor and I am only allowed to monitor all or none with the same threshold. I wish to monitor two drives differently. One set to 90% and one set to 4GB for critical.

  3. From all password locations in Atera have a button to send the one time secret password or generate and send a new one. Similar to www.onetimesecret.com.

    For customer contacts passwords, have the option to send to that user or another email the tech enters.

    For other passwords ask for who to send to.

  4. A solution field should also be added to the ticket system. So that the customer can keep track of the work progress. I only see the description for the customer.

  5. With the attachment section in a customer, we have thought about using this for remote clients to help them locate their servers and network and having a picture to guide them really helps a lot, especially for techs who havent been to the client site before. This attachment section is very helpful! However it does not seem to be present in the mobile app and this would be great to have as the mobile app is more convenient than logging in with a computer.

  7. Search in portal client is very poor.
    Search concentrate only in head of ticket not all the fields.
    It will be better if search could be in all of them for really better results

  8. While a technician is establishing a connection with a device, Splashtop currently does not provide information about the specific user who is already logged in. Instead, it only indicates that another user has connected. It would be highly beneficial if Splashtop could include the feature of displaying the name of the other user. This addition would facilitate improved team coordination, enabling direct communication with the individual as required. We have prior experience with the N-Able product, which offers this functionality. Thus, we suggest incorporating a similar feature here. Your consideration in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

  10. We need to be able to see all executions of a script, with the exact code that was executed and the script output. This history should be available from the Script (to see all the times it has been executed and on what devices) and from the Device (to see a history of all the scripts that have been executed on the device).

    Each script execution should be saved in a separate entity with the date, time, device, script code, execution parameters, result and script output.

  13. On-site check-in and Customer sign-off upon completion. It would be nice if the mobile app could allow for the techs to check that they are on-site (with GPS verification). You could have an area where a client could sign that they are on-site. Then have the same for when they are closing the on-site ticket. This gives us better time tracking and allows for more accurate billing. It also eliminates the client saying things like he wasn't here that long.

  14. Ability to apply automation or script to devices shown in report output. E.g. The Software Inventory report shows devices where a piece of software is installed, have the ability to apply an automation profile to these devices.

    Scenario, I want to apply an automation script to devices that have version x.x of a piece of software, I run the Software Inventory report for the piece of software, it finds 10 devices, I click the icon with the arrow pointing diagonally up showing the names of the 10 devices, I click the checkbox on the right to select all 10 devices…

  15. Want to make it possible in the devices search to see which of the devices have enabled Availability Monitoring so it's easier to find those that need monitoring but haven't enabled it.
    For example:
    Searching for all devices named "Server", now we need to manually check every search result instead of having an option in the search for Availability Monitoring Enabled/disabled.

  16. I would like the ability to view profitability as a whole, not just per customer. I would have to run the report per customer than add all those figures up. That feels tedious. Having a report that can add all those numbers up and show me total profitability for the year would be extremely helpful.

  17. When running scripts, to stay in that drop down so you can run other scripts. Currently you need to go into manage, run scripts and search again for the nex script you want to run.

  19. We should be able to run a script or automation profile against a set of machines.

    For example, I just read about a CVSS10 issue for chrome and would like to be able to update it without opening my laptop.
