  1. Be able to rearrange the dropdown options and their dependencies in any order we choose. This way we won't have to recreate the dropdowns every time something is added or changed, they can just be shuffled around manually.

  2. While a technician is establishing a connection with a device, Splashtop currently does not provide information about the specific user who is already logged in. Instead, it only indicates that another user has connected. It would be highly beneficial if Splashtop could include the feature of displaying the name of the other user. This addition would facilitate improved team coordination, enabling direct communication with the individual as required. We have prior experience with the N-Able product, which offers this functionality. Thus, we suggest incorporating a similar feature here. Your consideration in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

  3. Availability Monitoring - Control how often we receive alerts for a device that is offline. I can get an email alert almost every hour to let me know a device is still unavailable. After a weekend I can have up to 50 emails for a single device! If there are multiple servers offline then this is too much. We are having to turn off this feature at the moment because we just get spammed.

  6. It would be helpful if we could add customization to the email sent to customers on invoices. For example, now we have a very generic template that gets sent with each invoice with the attached invoice PDF document. It would be beneficial to edit the text in the email to include: a URL, custom greeting/payment instructions etc.

  7. Would like to be able to send alert profiles to different staff. I have one profile for workstations and one for servers. Would like to have workstation alerts email the helpdesk and server alerts to the server/network admins.

  8. Working with big amount of machines through webpage is very slowly and uncomfortable. But for now it is the only way to work with automation profiles.

    Could you add an option to work with automation profiles via API?
    To get all names of existing profiles, to get information about some particular profile, to get list of endpoints which are applied to it, to add some new or exclude some of them from particular profile and so on... It would be nice to work with it from PowerShell instead of waiting for loading page with each of these requests.

  9. We often work with users who may need password resets or new account creations. It would be nice to have a built-in feature that allows us to encrypt these types of communications to ensure the safety and security of credentials. Currently, we have to use other software.

  10. Is it possible to have a threshold regarding free space on a disk? If I set a percentage, it is very different if I have a 2TB disk, compared to a 300GB disk. It would be great to have a threshold that creates an alert if I exceed XX GB Free

  15. Hello,

    I was doing some testing on the portal and I noticed users are not receiving activation emails when imported in bulk. This doesn’t happen when I add them manually.

    I already raised this matter with our agent, who suggested we direct our users to the service portal URL and click on ‘Forgot Password’ so that they can add a password to their account.
    This is not ideal, and I wanted to ask if it is possible to add this feature to the portal.

  18. Since the Atera Agent already collects the Service Tag or Serial number it would be great if it could potentially record warranty information and/or display that on the device screen and incorporate that into the Audit report.

  19. Welcome automation emails only work when contacts are created individually for each customer. Importing customers with CSV or syncing with AD azure doesn't send the welcome email automatically to new contacts.

    Welcome emails are the first interaction with new customer employees. This is highly recommended.

  20. This needs an overhaul and the following additional features would be an improvement.

    Scheduled Device Scan for Updates

    After updates have completed If a user is logged in prompt to reboot every set period of time until reboot accepted.

    After Updates If a user is not logged in attempt to reboot to schedule based on local device time.

    Allow local admin credential injection in order to force updates through that require a device to not just be turned on but logged in to work.

    Approve or Reject updates and set priority for security and critical updates based on the CVE.
