WOL Multi-select
Ability to select multiple computers and click on WAKE instead of having to do so per device.
Currently when we click on Wake, we get a prompt asking for hich device to send the packet. Even if the devices are not on the same LAN, the 1st (default?) device that would come up in that window per device would be OK to send the packet.

Cache information for faster load times, and show the last update time.
The user interface can be clumsy, especially if the endpoint is offline or has a slower bandwidth. If you can cache the information so the Atera Console is faster for us to walk through the information and just show the last time it updated. such as updating the information every 10 or 15 minutes for patches service states and such. And allow us to manually trigger a refresh if we want to wait for it. Otherwise, it can take 15 seconds or longer to view. For example service, I went in to restart a service on one workstation. assign multiple email addresses to one contact
Ability to assign multiple email addresses to one contact. We've found that some contacts have 2 email address that they use for their business and we'd like to have the ability to assign different email addresses to the one contact rather than have duplicate contacts against a customer.

Atera Agent version Upgrade
Hi Atera Team,
Good Day!
I would like to suggest you for atera agent version upgrade, while installing .msi file or Running CURL command it is removed older atera agent and installing new one most of the time only removed old version not installing new one. So i asked Atera support chat they suggest me to run Powershell command to remove Atera agent completely and run CURL command for new installation. I believe this is not a correct method , please make a new method once i run a CURL command or .MSI file it will upgrade old version to…

Simple Ticket Merging
Currently in order to merge tickets you have to know the ticket number you wish to merge the selected tickets into. It would be very convenient to be able to select all the tickets you wish to merge together and when selecting merge, be given the option to merge all ticket selected into the oldest created ticket of the selected. Otherwise still be given the option to also put in the ticket number to merge into as it currently is setup to do.

Network Discovery - automated report of daily scan, saved as excel to say sharepoint customer file folder, per client. This would give a history of network scans.

Closed Ticket Report. We do not Atera for Invoicing and use Xero for our accounting package.

chocolatey rate limiting
It's good if Atera has it's own caching server for avoiding Chocolatey public repo limitations and IP ban, or even better if we can also set ours manually.
Accessing the choco logs from the web interface might also come into great help.

Integration with Microsoft To-Do
It would be nice if Adding tasks/notes to Microsoft To-Do would open a corresponding ticket in Atera. As well as update that ticket with any other notes and close it if someone completes the task in Microsoft To-Do.

i would like to add a system deploy or install date
I would like have a field in the agent windows that allows to put in a system deploy and warranty expiration date ( Age of the system). This would be a tremendous help for replacing systems in the field .

Customizable Service Forms for Mobile App
Need the ability to have customizable service forms that can be created on the mobile app. The service form that is created should be able to import into QuickBooks Online and then be turned into an invoice.
