  1. It would be great to be able to generate a report that shows all the computers under a client and show at the same time all the hardware information including operating system, cpu, ram amount, hard drive or ssd on the same page.

    It seems like a essential feature for this software to be able to have an inventory of a client

  3. Hello, it would be good if we could run a report to collect the battery health of all devices for all customers.... or at least set an Alert or Warning up if a battery falls below a certain percentage

  4. Provide a Remote Connection report to show dates, times and duration of a remote connection. This is highly valuable to demonstrate remote actions to clients and justify MSP services and value. Also to potentially include remote worker reporting for add-on billing of the service.

  5. Executive customer report. Intended to be sent to the customer once a month.
    This report should include the following;

    How many tickets were opened, closed,
    How many alerts were opened and closed,
    How many updates/patches were installed
    Status of AV,
    Status of backup,
    How much time technicians were in remote session
    overall health of their systems.

    This would give us a leading approach and make it easier for us to quantify costs if they are seeing how much work is being done in the background.

  7. When managing multiple environments, it is vital to be able to keep track of devices that would warrant upgrades, or replacement. Reporting geared towards listing all assets/devices (subject to filtering) with all their key components (i.e. CPU model, # of cores, Memory size and type, Disk size and type, etc.) would be really helpful in determining what equipment needs attention.

    I wanted to give you visibility into our Q3 roadmap as it relates to your feature request.


    We are planning to embed Looker by Google, the industry leading tool for report generation. With this enhancement, a new set of reports will be made available to view on our Growth and Power tiers.  Users on our Power tier will be able to create their own custom reports to display the information they need to make data-driven decisions, every time.

  12. Would like to see a report that could be run against the system to see which customers have "Work from Home" enabled on computers.

    This is for 2 reasons, billing, and much more, security.

    Need to be able to see more than anything, which customer have this enabled.
    Right now you have to look customer by customer, takes to much time.

  15. Currently, PDF is the only format to export reports to. It would be very handy to be able to export to CSV or XLS so that data can be brought into Excel. This should also be an option for format to send recurring reports in. I did notice some reports have the ability to be exported in formats other than PDF. Can that be done for all reports?

  16. The API does not report custom fields we create. At all. It also doesn't report Private Notes, only public replies/emails. If the fields exist on the ticket, we should be able to see that field in the API get request.

  18. Similar to the Auditor Report, we would like to have an executive summary report that combines auditor report and patch status summary as well as other reports that we can add or remove when required.
    It would also be very handy if we can remove specific elements from a report e.g. remove Mac computers if they don't exist on the network or Server Distribution etc. and most importantly have this report sent with a PDF attachment.

  19. It would be great if we could run an open tickets report and export to CSV that shows the open ticket numbers, Assigned Tech, Customer name, Date opened, Date last modified, and time entries. Being able to have the report run every week at a predetermined date and time and then emailed to a specific email.

  20. Add a report to find duplicate machines based on serial number or Mac address and offer to delete or merge them (Useful when someone has rebuilt a machine with a different name and has forgotten to remove the old one from Atera)
