  3. The report itself is great, however if I am to show this to a client, and they ask what all the alerts raised were, how am I to know? How am I to know which devices to prioritise installing more memory for? The CPU & Memory Data section is just messy when more than say 5 devices are selected.

    If an MSP is to use this to make money, the product needs to be able to identify where this money can be made. A great & simple report idea would be to be able to select a date range, devices…

  10. Allow the option for both classic & advanced reports to be automatically password protected when scheduled. The idea being that a technician can schedule reports to be sent to customers on a regular basis and report can only be accessed by password. This would allow for reports to be protected without needing to be manually edited by the technician every time using a third-party app.

  16. In a AD domain environment, users are granted remote control access rights to allow RDP when teleworking. It'd nice to have a complete enumeration report per device. The report whould also take into account broken entries for deleted AD users.

  17. Ability to decide when the automated reports gets sent from the IT automation profile. When it runs only an hour later, it always shows as most of them have failed. But 24 hours later, it will show better results.
